We are a small family business specialising in producing comfortable 'home from home' type holiday cottages in Cornwall, Devon and the Cotswolds. Each of our properties featured are owned and managed by ourselves. The benefit of this is that we know each property personally and this helps us provide a better service. Coast/Beach: The nearest beach is Trevaunance Cove, a sandy beach (with part time lifeguard) which is 400 yards from the house. Three further sandy beaches can be found within a 5 mile radius. Distances: The picturesque village of St Agnes is just under a mile away, where you can find all the local amenities (pubs, restaurants, supermarket, butcher, bakery...). Further Details: The coastal path is in close proximity to the cottage, where you can follow spectacular cliff walks to the east and west. Locally, walks, pubs and beaches can be enjoyed – Cliffside strolls are a must at nearby Chapel Porth and Trevaunance Cove. St Agnes is 4 miles off the A30, and centrally located for many tourist attractions including:Truro and The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Tate Gallery in St. Ives, St.Michael's Mount, Wheal Coats tin mine, Rick Stein's restaurants in Padstow, the National Seal Sanctuary, Tintagel Castle, Lands End, and Goonhilly Earth Station and further afield, St Ives, Falmouth.

Booking Notes: A deposit of a third of the full amount will be needed when the booking is made with the final balance due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date. Generally short breaks are accepted from October – end of March but we will accept a short break booking in the high season, if we have availability close to the time. Changeover Day: Whilst we accept short breaks from October through to the end of March each year during the mid to high season the change over day is a Saturday. Notes on prices: Short break prices are calculated on a percentage basis, taking into account maximum occupancy e.g. 2 nights - 75%, 3 nights – 80% and 4 nights – 85% of the full weekly price and 5 – 7 nights will cost the full weekly price Please note that the full price includes electricity, central heating, bed linen, towels and VAT.
