South facing Villa in a beautiful and quiet area in the Costa del Sol. 6x4m private pool very sunny all day. Fully equiped with everything you could need for a relaxing enjoyable break. WI-FI, alarm and safe. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, big terrace and outdoor área, garage... Near to public transport (train and bus), supermarket, bar, restaurant, takeaway,... No car needed, the villa is on a higher level from the road, access by stairs. We will welcome you at the villa on arrival to give you all the necessary information and I will be available during your stay if you may need any help.

Wonderful villa & location don't moan about the hill it's just a 10 min walk from the front!!
Everything on doorstep. Villa so clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed - so well kitted out. Outside space lovely - pool great. Views of lots of apartments but nothing higher than the villa or near and we liked this - we have holidayed in lots of different places in Spain and the outside space and the pool so quiet, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere - so peaceful and tranquil yet still in the hustle and bustle if you want it. Plus great walks away from the front if you explored. Ana was available for any queries so quickly and she is really helpful and we could tell she just wanted us to have a lovely holiday. We decided not to hire a car - so easy to get to from Malaga airport by train - 20 to 30 mins from baggage claim at the airport to the train stop at Torreblanca then a few mins up the hill to the villa - so easy. The Renfe train was great for exploring the coast. The promenade was so accessible and had a huge range of restaurants from low to high budget. Supermarket at bottom of hill had everything we needed and late opening. One of the best stays we have had in Spain. Finally great wifi and DVDs a must for the teenagers. A wonderful villa.
House with the perfect location!
This house was fantastic, very clean and beautiful, suitable for families and friends. Pool area was great with superb views. We also appreciated that there was even nice toys for the kids.Best was however the location, 5 min. to train, 5 min. to Supermercado and 10 min to the beach! Ana was a great hostess.

Lovely villa with everything you need for a really relaxing holiday. Spotlessly clean and the owners Conchi and Ana are very friendly and helpful from the very first contact. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend and will hopefully be back ourselves sometime soon. Thank you Conchi and Ana.

First stayed at this villa in 2014 and my review then said it was the best villa I had stayed in. Well we went back this year and it is just as good.
The villa and pool were spotless and Conchi & Ana could not be more helpful. When we came to use the iron it did not work, telephoned Conchi and a new iron was delivered within 15 minutes.
There is air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms and it is very quiet in use. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want the lounge is well furnished with a good sized dining table and there is a table outside on the pation for outdoor dining.
Everything in the villa is good quality and well cared for.
Villa, facilities, views, service cannot be faulted and Conchi even met us at the station collected our luggage and returned it to the station on our departure.
We have now booked for 2018.Why risk going anywhere else

Had a great week with 8 in the party, close to amenities, station and centre of fuengerola only an 8 euro taxi ride home. Ana met us with the keys and was available to assist with anything we needed. Great hosts.

Spacious house. Very well decorated and appointed.
Perfectly clean. Good air conditioning.
Beautiful pool but very cold in April as not heated.
Free wifi a bonus but did not reach upstairs bedrooms.
Lovely views of the town and countryside.
Good beach and restuarants 7 mins walk there, but steep climb home. Ideally located for trips to Malaga and Gibraltar.
Owners speak perfect English and were very helpful and welcoming.
Would thoroughly recommend. A great base for a lovely holiday.

There are many activities: golf, paddle, horse riding, watersports, etc, interesting places to visit around, Fuengirola city has a Moroccan castle, huge Tuesdays and Saturdays open air-market, a great Zoo, marina, boat trips, water park, night life, amusement, in Benalmádena the aquarium sea life, green park , Butterfly park, Mijas a picturesque spanish village at 15 min drive to the mountains with wonderful views to the coast, donkey rides, Malaga city with historical buildings, Passing Marbella is the Selwo adventure Park, Tivoli world (a large amusement park) in Benalmádena...

Booking Notes: 400€ deposit must be paid to secure booking which will become a security/damage deposit refundable after inspection within 5 days after departure. Total rent to be paid 60 days prior to travel. Keys provided on arrival. Guests will be welcome and show where everything is in the house. Changeover Day: Saturday is the preferable change over day but we are flexible. Notes on prices: Those weeks that include Christmas and New Year carry a 100€ supplement.
