This is a 3 bedroom, 2 storey villa with internal staircase. Situated in a quiet location in private grounds with good security and all amenities including a pool and off street parking. the villa is situated in secure surroundings with barbecue area and mature gardens.

Dear Sunseekers. My wife and I have owned villa Las Sirenas for 4 years and enjoy frequent holidays with friends and family and our grand children. We feel very privileged to own such a lovely houses in the sun and are pleased to share our villas with you.

Also on the same street three doors down we have our other villa Val this is the same layout as villa Las Sironas called Villa Val and sleeps 8 so a party of 14 people could enjoy the sun at calle olimpo Spain.

This new property Villa Las Sirenas became available for purchase and is 3 doors away from our other villa, Villa Val. The property is the same design and is now fully restored t is now available for rental and we would like to rent this to our customers in high season when we are unable to be there.

Please note pool is an unsecured area with a deep end of 2 metres and must been accompanied with responsible adults when being used by children. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All clean linen and towels on arrival with plenty of clean towels available at any time on request at extra cost. Other: Off master bedroom private access to upstairs solarium.

Villa Las Sirenas

We were disappointed in the poor cleaning when we arrived the dishwasher was infested with ants, the floor under the wooden table was covered in dust and bits of food and crumbs, the sideboard had a film of dust on top. Other villas in the area we have stayed at have much larger towels which were changed weekly and also the bed linen, unchanged for two weeks is not good enough.

Shutters don't work on the upstairs windows which is not good when the pool and garden security lights come on at around 3.30 in the morning.

The plants shown over the door in the picture are now overgrown and get trapped in the security gate they also harbour mosquitoes.

The pool area was on the whole good but only after we swept up the fallen leaves which had obviously accumulated over some days. The outside seat covers were dirty and stained so had to be washed before we felt comfortable using.

As a landlord myself It does not give me any pleasure writing a negative report but I hope it helps you review your pre tenant preparation.

Owner's Response: Dear Renters I have looked into the response from a review and am disappointed that it appears not satisfactory this time for this renter . When asked ,my cleaners were confident that their duties were adhered to and it was to our there usual high standard it has always been the understanding that our renters uses the washing machine to clean the sheets perhaps this was a misunderstanding however I have made them aware of this review , The gardens are very busy with plants and trees some thing we are pleased with and wish keep in the garden as it is , unfortunately leaves and twigs are a legacy of this style of garden .The garden furniture is always in the constantly use and the cushions replaced annually perhaps this is something that needs to be closely monitored . Val and I are committed to making sure that our holiday renters are happy with their stay with us and we will be going over in the autumn to make our personal observations to both of our lovely villas kindest regards Brian

Great location with everything you could want at the villa

Lovely villa. Good size pool with nice gardens and seating areas plus a good sized BBQ. Walking distance to everything. Will definitely book again.

Had a super holiday. Villa had all mod cons. Bikes were great to get around on.Lovely weather, lots of great restaurants. We will be back !

Excellent 3 bed villa with fabulous pool!

The best thing about arriving into Murcia Airport was that within 10 minutes we were at the villa. Alicante Airport is about 45 mins away. You don't hear any noise from aircraft whatsover all week which is good too! The villa is set in a quiet residential street. Security is brilliant - and it has a nice pool and sitting out area with a gazebo. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are a good size with loads of wardrobe space. There is a family bathroom here too. The sitting room/dining area/kitchen is all open plan. This worked really well for our groupl. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need to make a meal! Very well kitted out. The master bedroom is up a spiral staircase and on the first floor. It is HUGE and has a massive bathroom as well. All very clean on arrival and felt very welcoming.

The villa is about a 5 min walk to get newspapers/provisions etc. Although we hired some bikes and whizzed around on these all week - great fun. The whole place is so flat that its really easy! The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The walkway along the promenade (where you can also ride your bike) was brilliant and so clean. Lots of little bars/restaurants/shacks along the side of the promenade. Great swimming from here.

This is a very Spanish area and loads of delicious tapas in most places we went into. Great restaurants and bars all within walking (or biking!) distance from the villa. Pretty cheap too. Spanish very friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing and chilled out holiday. Will definetely be back.
