Bronte's Cottage is a modern,spacious, stylish and comfortable cottage snuggled into a cosy, private spot on an equestrian farm in the centre of the historic village of Trellech 5 miles from Monmouth. This is the perfect place to sit back and relax, or to get out and about exploring everything that this wonderful area has to offer. The cottage benefits from stunning views across the fields where you can see horses,donkey, sheep and chickens beyond your very spacious enclosed, secure garden. Reviews so far compliment the comfort of the cottage, and that it is of a high standard. I am delighted to add, that although only launched May 2013 I have enjoyed residents returning many times which speaks for itself. Enjoy walks in the neighbouring woodland. There is direct access to footpaths on the farm. Brontes cottage is 200 yards from the village shop, the award winning local dog friendly pub and a few minutes walk from the start of the Whitestone, Whitebrook and the Wye Tread and Trot trail.

Inside there is a very large fully equipped modern kitchen, a downstairs shower room and very spacious lounge dining area with kingsized sofa bed. There are double patio doors off the lounge leading to the outside seating area.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has one superking bed and an ensuite comprising a bath with shower over, sink and WC.

Guests tell me time again how tranquil and peaceful the cottage is, also,very warm inside in winter.

Your private driveway will park three cars (maybe more depending on size)

There is a patio area to sit and enjoy the views.

Simply drive into your own private driveway, close the high solid gates behind you, open the keysafe, let yourself in, there are welsh goodies for you on arrival and lock the world behind you.

Lovely cottage-really comfortable and to a high standard, thank you for the welcome basket a lovely start to our holiday. Aswell as the hens and bazil we heard a cuckoo, first one in maybe forty years. Further afield while canoeing on the wye in the sun, very relaxing, we saw quite a few Kingfishers, one being only 6 feet away on a branch. really nice break. Sue and Mel ,Leicestershire.

We had a fantastic weekend, the cottage is absolutely beautiful, the photos really don't do it justice, it's a lot bigger in real life, there was so much provided too from hairdryers to little things like salt and pepper, it really was stunning, Emma the owner doesn't get enough credit, very helpful, lovely lady, she even rescued us from a spider, we will 100% be returning in the new year! Thank you for everything :)

This was a wonderful stay indeed... all the appliances were top notch... everything was amaxingly clean. Our host Emma was very welcoming and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Truly recommended to anyone who is wishing to stay in a wonderful place with wonderful surroundings.

A amazing place to escape a busy life for the weekend.Emma the host is lovely and her sweet treats went down well with pot of tea.Thank you.

Great place to explore the beautiful countryside around,with plenty of walks in breathtaking scenic views.Tintern Abbey,Chepstow Castle,Wye Valley but a few.We did not eat out as the cottage was so cosy after a full day out and was so well equipped with everything we needed.Would love to return here again and again!
