Large, spacious duplex apartment which is centrally located in the beautiful, quaint Yorkshire seaside town of Filey. The apartment is on the 2nd & 3rd floor so it enjoys views over the local tennis courts and bowling green. The sea can also be seen from several rooms. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms so comfortably sleeps 6 people. It also has 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining area and a modern well equipped kitchen. The property has recently been refurbished and has a very light and modern feel.
We property is tastefully furnished and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, free wifi and Netflix.
This property is ideal for families wishing to holiday in Filey or walkers wanting to explore the Yorkshire Wolds, Bempton Cliffs are the Cleveland Way.

Lovely spacious apartment, nice views and very well-equipped. There are two flights of stairs to reach it (but this was no problem for us and is mentioned in the description).

This spacious duplex apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. The owner is friendly and helpful and even returned an item we had left in the property by post. This was our second visit to 3c Southdene and it was just as enjoyable. We would therefor have no hesitation in recommending this excellent holiday let.
Spacious & clean apartment, with everything we needed for our stay. Situated close to everything, yet so peaceful! We will definately return.
Enjoyed 4 nights staying here in the Easter holidays with our 2 teenage children. Great location as its just a short walk to the main part of the town & 5 minutes from the beach. Also close to the local Tesco supermarket. The apartment itself is of a very high standard. Clean, spacious & comfortable. Kitchen has all the facilities you would need including a coffee machine. We ate out at local restaurants Bella Italia & Monsoon. Would recommend both. Also had fish & chips at CJ's which were very good. Hope to return for a weekend with girlfriends to enjoy some of the lovely walks which I couldn't persuade my kids to do !
The apartment was great for our weekend in Filey, well equipped (for all ages), clean and very comfortable it's a great option for a stay with family or friends.
The apartment is located close to the beach, park and the town but far enough away that it's nice and quiet.
Filey has a number of restaurants and a good mix of shops to enjoy having a look around.
Filey beach is only 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. Filey bay is a vast 7 mile expanse of beach just south of Filey Brigg. The beach is ideal for playing on and surfing. Filey also has a very active sailing club. Other nearby beaches include Scarborough and Bridlington

Scarborough - 7 miles
Bridlington - 9 miles
Perfect location and accommodation for young families looking to enjoy what Filey and the North Yorkshire coast have to offer. The town has good shopping facilities and restaurants which are all in easy walking distance. You do not need your car to stay here unless you want to explore further afield.
Filey is the perfect place to base yourself if you want to explore the Yorkshire Wolds, Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head. It is also at the end of the Cleveland way.
For the golfers there are many great Yorkshire golf clubs close by. Filey Golf Club is 2 minutes walk away whilst Scarborough South Cliff and Ganton Golf Club are only 15 minutes drive away.
