Three x 2 bedroom chalets each with their own decking area. Sleeps 4 each. Less than two minutes walk to the beach. It is a short walk along the seafront to the village of Seaview with its boats, shops, bars and restaurants. Ferry discounts for all chalets. Wi-Fi is available in Kokota#54 only.                                             • • Notes on accommodation: Internally, our 3 properties are the same except Kokota#54 has wi-fi. Externally the differences are: Kokota#54 is nearest to the beach and shops. Yangeyange#65 and Kingoyo#66 are nearer the lake (#66 being the nearest). Both #65 and #66 overlook the greensward to the rear, and so have more seclusion, and have decking with table and chairs to both the front and rear. Kingoyo#66 is generally regarded as the best of all the properties in this small development.

                                              Good location friendly owner property was clean and contained all we needed for an end of year break. Many restaurants and pubs within a few miles if you don't fancy cooking.

                                              Seaview is a great base to stay. The walk along the coastal road is wonderfully. Went to Osborne House always a treat. Beautiful gardens nice cafe on the beach. The house is amazing. Ventnor gardens is so relaxing and this year we went down to Steephill and had a nice lunch overlooking the sea. Found a new garden to us Mottiston. A hidden treasure. The long border took our breath away. Will certainly go again. We went to Sharon's orchard. A lovely lady told us all about the history of the place and of course we some goodies. The approach to Rosemarys vineyard is awful pot holes everywhere unless they fix it will not go there again. Always enjoy visiting the island and have been coming since childhood. Happy memories but also happy new ones.

                                              James the owner could not do enough to help, booked ferry crossing with discount for us and all communications were dealt with politely and promptly. The chalet was spotlessly clean on arrival, basic but more than adequate for our needs. Wifi was a bonus for the kids and the beach is literally across the road. Highly recommended and we are already looking to book again next year.

                                              We had a lovely time in Seaview. The accommodation is well situated and there are great walks along the coastal path. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. We'd stay again!
