Well equipped and comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

The owners, Lynne and Barry, were very welcoming and friendly. Their property was well equipped and very clean and was well placed for visiting York, being just a few miles from the city. If you're into classic cars then talk to Barry. I happened to notice one of his vehicles and was then shown two others which he had restored himself. His restoration skills brought out the green eyed monster in me! Overall, a pleasant stay.

York Rose Cottage

  • 4 of 5

This property is all on the ground floor and is very compact. What it lacks in floor space it more than makes up for in its quality. It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean. It is equipped to a high standard with a warm welcome from Mrs Sager and was ideal for our needs.
