We had a wonderful holiday and really enjoyed our stay at C'an Cremat Petit. Managed to see a fair amount of the island and were really happy with the location. The beach at Cala St Vicenc was our favourite, and the tram at Soller went down well with our son!

Thanks for your help in all of this too.

Beautiful, quiet and close to everything

Outstanding place! We stayed with our 2 1/2 year old daughter and loved everything about this place. Total quiet and privacy, a beautiful pool, while being less than 10 minutes away from two amazing beaches--one in each direction. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the owner was very welcoming and accommodating--he even met us after a late flight to be sure we arrived without issue. Cannot recommend this place enough--we loved every minute!

Excellent, secure, comforable

Just spent an untroubled, tranquil week at Can Cremat Petit which is a little off the beaten track and so much the better for being so. Port de Pollenca is a 15/20 minute easy drive away. The villa’s facilities only needed a couple of egg cups to be perfect, the BarBQ being a bonus as is the excellent 4ft deep pool. We were a couple of old things so did not use the table tennis table and were happy to be away from the bright lights at night. The villa had a locked gated entrance and a car is essential.

A perfect place to stay.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the villa, We can honestly say that everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is in a secluded spot, so if you want to explore the island a car is essential, the north of Majorca is a peaceful, very picturesque area, far away from the hustle and bustle of the towns in the south of the island. The villa itself is more spacious than we imagined from the photographs on the website. There is plenty of room outside to relax and eat. The swimming pool was also larger than expected. Our 13 year old son gained great pleasure from collecting the eggs from the hens, we cannot remember when we have had so many omelettes for brunch! We were also told that we could help ourselves to the various fruit and vegetables that are growing in the garden. The villa is presented in a very clean and tidy condition, the owner (Joanma) obviously takes great pride in the villa.

Probably the best holiday that we have ever had.

Everything you could wish for!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this beautiful farmhouse. We really can't recommend this place enough. The farmhouse is lovely; beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. There's lots of space to relax either around the cottage or around the pool. The location is rural which we really liked but you are also only a 5-10 min drive from Pollensa old town and the beautiful beaches. Plus there are chickens, fresh eggs every day, fruit trees and herbs growing in the garden - all of which you can use while you are there! Gemma and Juan were both very helpful and friendly when showing us around the cottage and also recommending beaches, restaurants etc. It really was heaven, the best holiday we've had in a long time.

Rural retreat

Just spent a wonderful week staying here. Lovely property in secluded rural location yet perfect for touring. Received a very warm welcome from Gemma, her family and the owner. Have returned home with some wonderful memories, thank you! Would highly recommend.

Can Cremat Petit is ideally located in almost equal distances to Pollensa and Alcudia where you can find such a lovely selection of beaches to enjoy including; Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, the exclusive Formentor, Alcudia, Playa de Muro... and many more!


Palma International Airport - is a very well connected airport and daily flights in season to almost all European connections.

In the town of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia; you will find all of the local services that you may need while on holiday from supermarkets, banks, cash lines, newsagents, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, (hopefully not necessary) but doctor's and of course shops.

Notes on accommodation: The interior of the finca offers a lovely flow of living space, all conviniently distributed over one level and in total offers just under 100m2. The property is extremely well maintained and offers a lovely, fresh, light and airy feel throughout. Characterised by rustic charm including terracota floors, wooden doors and windows and impressive Mallorcan beams, the whole property has a lovely feel throughout. Outside: The exterior areas are well designed in order to highly enjoy and make the most of the outdoors and the wonderful Mallocan lifestyle. In total the plot size is an enclosed private area of approx. 1000m2 and offers everything from, shaded seating areas for dining/ relaxing, an open air dining area, superb brand new private swimming pool of 7m x 9m x 1m máximum depth, a variety of fruit trees ideal for making fresh orange juice for breakfast, to lemons for G&T's at sundown, a well designed covered BBQ area with plenty of space for food prep and even a wood oven! All of the exteriors can be enjoyed by both day and night alike! Utility Room: The laundry facilities are incorporated into the bathroom; brand new washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes horse. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen - provided Bath towels - provided Pool towels - provided On 1 week stays - 1 mid towel change and a light clean On 2 week stays - 2 mid towel changes and 1 bed linen change.
