Apartment Bachos in Chlorakas, Paphos, Cyprus - Peaceful Location, 100 yards from sea
This comfortably appointed apartment (74 sq. m) is south facing. It is close to the shoreline (no roads to cross) with magnificent, west-facing, views across the Mediterranean. The master bedroom has ample wardrobes and a/c-heater. The second bedroom has ample wardrobes and a/c-heater. The bathroom comprises a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
It has an open-plan American style kitchen with breakfast bar opening on to the dining/living area. it is all cooled and heated with a split level unit.
The spacious patio (approx 35 sq m, 340 sq ft) is furnished with two sun-loungers and a garden table and four chairs.

Very clean, beautifully located with fantastic facilities
First time out in Cyprus on my own. Got to the flat, lovely and clean, true to the word on the newly refurbishment. Located really well - less than five minutes walk from the sea front. Located in peaceful closed area, but not too far from the local bar which is very well priced and ensures good company.
Within the apartment is a lovely guide written by the proprietor which singled out some fantastic restaurants and local facilities which were very helpful for my visit.
I will be returning to this apartment!

Excellent Holiday Accommodation
Excellent location as described within 50 yards of seafront, within secure, gated community. Internally, all that was needed for a holiday, good quality and clean. Lovely terrace area. Accomodation as described with satelitte TV, DVD and while we were there, use of owners broadband. Happy to recommend.
My wife Wendy and I had a really lovely time. All we wanted to do was to chill out and read a book with a glass of beer or wine, and then do what we wanted to do no hassle with the phone ringing or people knocking at the door. Then if we wished to go out for lunch or dinner then we could at our convieneance.

Description of apartment, location, layout and facilities exactly as described. Outdoor space, furniture etc, location near pool perfect.
The property was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others. For those who like waking there are coastal pathways in both directions to either Paphos or Coral Bay. Regular bus service to Paphos and Coral Bay for good restaurants at reasonable prices i.e. The Windmill, Gourmet Tavern, Farmhouse Tavern all in Paphos and Trattoria La Vigna in Coral Bay.
On the downside the bed linen was in very short supply with no change for those staying longer than one week so had to be laundered and dried and put back on the same day! Could not ask the agent about this as he was away.

Goede ligging, netjes, echt rustig, niks voor mensen die geamuseerd willen worden. Maar als je een auto huurt (aan te raden) kun je overal snel zijn.

There is access to the sea at several nearby points. Nearest full sand beaches are at Lemba (6 minutes by car), Paphos (10 mins by car) and Coral Bay (20 minutes by car). Travel: Paphos International airport is just 30 minutes away with good connections to Europe and to UK. The airport is brand new and is on a human scale with easy and convenient parking right near the terminal. We say that a car is recommended, but many guests do make do with the bus service (800 yards, 750 meters to the nearest bus stop), with walking and with taxis. Distances: Center of Paphos (Harbor) 3.5 miles (6.5 km) Coral Bay 5 Miles (8 km) Further Details: We are right on the seashore with nearby resort hotels and tourist facilities. The nearby fields farmed for bananas, grapes, figs and citrus. The complex is right on the shoreline with a coastal path that runs along the sea shore all the way into the quaint harbour of Paphos with its ancient castle and tourist attractions. We are 700 yards from the main coast road which runs south to Paphos old city and tourist area (3 miles) and north to Coral Bay tourist area (5 miles). In between there are strips of restaurants, bars, tour agents, car hire agents, 24-7 mini-markets and tourist shops. Buses run regular service into Paphos and Coral Bay. Nearby Paphos is known for its ancient sites, especially the Ancient Greek amphitheatre where Ancient Greek plays (often in English) are performed in atmospheric surroundings right by the sea. Just 30 minutes’ drive, Aphrodite Hills resort has a wealth of facilities: an award winning spa, a first class tennis academy and its championship golf course. In addition, there are three other golf courses: Elea (by Nick Faldo), Secret Valley, and Tsada, all within 30 minutes drive.

Booking Notes: Rates include air-conditioning and heating. We can accept major credit cards or transfer to our GBP or Euro bank accounts. On booking we ask for 25% of the total rental to lock in the reservation. This is normally non-refundable. We ask for the balance two weeks before arrival. Changeover Day: We are flexible about days of arrival and departure. Check in time is after 15:00 on day of arrival and check out is before 11:00 on day of departure. Notes on prices: Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card. In the case of a credit/debit card, a 4% bank charge is added to the rental.
