The perfect romantic retreat or family bolthole in the heart of Rye

Why Janine Macqueen chose Rye
We fell in love with 15 Wishes 10 years ago, and just had to buy it for its unique, quirky charm. Rye takes you back in time, cobbled streets, pubs with roaring fires and a high street full of independent shops.
What makes this Apartment unique
15 Wishes is in the heart of Rye town, within walking distance to everything.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Quirky but very pleasant.
We spent three lovely nights in this quirky apartment. It is beautifully decorated and contains everything we needed for our stay including a lovely welcome pack of eggs, bread, milk, butter and most importantly, a bottle of wine!
The apartment is well situated, close to many cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. Parking at the front of the apartment is very limited but there are pay and display car parks close by where the car can be parked overnight for a couple of pounds.
While the apartment was perfect for us, there are three steep stair cases to climb to get to the apartment so it is probably not suitable for people with limited mobility or families with toddlers and the second bed, a futon, is only suitable for children.
Janine was very pleasant and easy to deal with and responded quickly to any emails.
Beautiful property with immense views.
Tastefully decorated with little seaside touches. Comfortable and well equipped, this apartment is centred perfectly for easy access to everything in this small town. Could not rate it any less than 5/5 stars.
Perfect apartment to stay in Rye. Loved it !!
Had a superb chilled out Christmas in this apartment. So clean and well kept up. All the fixtures and fittings were to the best standard. Everything we could possibly need was there. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Shops, cafe's, restaurants and pubs are on your doorstep but it is still very quiet and peaceful. I would certainly rent this again with no hesitation. Had the best steak ever at Hoof. Thank you for our welcome pack. My Husband spent most of the time scouring the shops for the chocolates you provided !!
An absolute delight
I had a lovely few days
We are thrilled you had a lovely time at 15wishes, we would love to welcome you back any time. With best wishes Janine and Kim
Quirky, beautifully equipped and ideally positioned apartment
Only a short hop from Rye station, this unusual and quirky apartment was the perfect holiday base. Up above the rooftops, the apartment was light and airy, enjoying sunshine at different times of the day. It had everything you could need and was surprisingly spacious. The central position meant that we could stroll out with ease to the various bars, restaurants and places of interest. (Excellent food at the Turkish restaurant, the Ship and the Standard.) As keen walkers it was as an excellent base to walk to Camber, Winchelsea and Rye Harbour. Hastings and Eastbourne were only short train rides away. It was lovely to come back to base to relax on the sofa, or enjoy a nice bath. Would certainly recommend it and wouldn't rule out a return visit.
Lovely apartment right in the centre of Rye.
Everything we needed was there
Will definitely recommend to family and friends
