Had a great time in Brixham
House was in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Brixham, though the journey back up the hill takes a little longer! Being able to park for free nearby was a real boon. Views from the rear patio were as good as you could get anywhere and the nine of us were very comfortable.
Paul was extremely flexible with check in and check out times, which was much appreciated.
I would recommend the property for a large group, though the interior was a bit dated and best described as 'functional' in places. It was clean enough for our group and had everything we needed.
Had a really great time in Brixham views were fantastic. Property clean and well presented.
Great location close to all amenities. Good value very pleased.
Fantastic location, great house, highly recommended
We enjoyed a really great long weekend in this property in Brixham. Really easy to find and managed to park outside the door. We didn't need the car again as the house was located a convenient stroll from the town centre and restaurants/pubs etc. Felt like we'd been away for longer than just 3 days!
A party of 3 adults and 3 children there was plenty of room, the bedrooms were really comfy and spacious and the views just amazing. Waking up to the view of the harbor was a highlight - would be lovely to sit outside in the summer months to the views at night.
The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need and the huge sofa was really appreciated after a long days walking.
Great communication from Paul before and after staying. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Thanks Helen :)
Amazing views, spacious and clean house
Easy to deal with the owner, the views are amazing, a few minutes walk to the harbour, clean and well presented
would come back
Clean, comfortable and great value.
The house was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a party of 8 (plus 3 dogs) and there was plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the back of the house was truly stunning. Parking was initially a little tricky, but once parked we could leave the car where it was for the duration of our stay. It was a very pleasant walk into town.
The property owner was extremely helpful whenever we had any queries.
A great value property. Would recommend and happily stay there again in the future.
