The Gables is south facing ground floor apartment that we have let for 13 years. Ideally positioned, on the level, within minutes from the beach and the town.3 bedrooms two double and one family room with one double and bunk beds We have decking of the south facing lounge and our own pretty private garden safe for children parking for one car. We are a non-smoking establishment .Dogs are welcome by arrangement only

Notes on accommodation: The heating and hot water is included in the price and the combi boiler is inspected each year, we also have a smoke alarm in the hall and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. Well behaved dogs by ,arrangement, with own bed. We are a non smoking apartment. Bedding consists of duvets and pillows.Linen is not included but can be hired.The apartment is cleaned by the owners at each change over. Outside: Private south facing garden. Decking with table and chairs plus extra chairs in garden.

Have stayed here many time before and it is amazing. Super clean comfy flat and very near beach. Would highly recommend

Lovely apartment in excellent position for beach and town. Very clean and had everything we needed.

We took our new pup,well he.s about 14 months,he had access to an enclosed garden which he loved. There was a park very close by overlooking the sea,just gorgeous. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definatly recommend for a family with children,Swanage is an ideal location for families and dogs,and we had really good weather which was great.

Swanage has a beautiful safe sandy beach all on the level. The apartment is minutes from the beach.


Nearest airport Bournemouth, Car useful but not essential. Nearest train station is Wareham 12 miles away. Connecting buses to Swanage.


Corfe Castle 5 miles Studland 3 miles. Swanage is part of the Jurassic coast. Ideal for walkers. Purbeck is wonderful for exploring pretty villages, lovely coves, Blue Pool, Tyneham and if its towns you like there is Poole, Bournemouth and Weymouth all within 1 hour.

Further Details:

The gables is minutes from the beach, town and restaurants. I could fill pages of things to see and do in and around Swanage and the Purbecks but you really need to come and see for yourselves.

The apartment is available from 1pm on the Saturday of your arrival .We ask that guests vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure.

Booking notes:
Complete a booking form and send 50% deposit on booking with the balance payable 1 week in advance or cash on arrival.
Confirmation will be sent on receipt of the deposit and completed booking form.
