About Pat Rice
I’ve always dreamed of owning a villa in Spain. I love the architecture, history and close proximity to all that is Spain. When I had a chance to go to Spain to find that special place in my heart I immediately decided on the Urbanization Monte Pego. I fell in love with the area immediately and had no doubts that I would buy a plot overlooking the sea and custom built this villa. Please enjoy your holiday in a very special place and dear to my heart. I hope you fall in love with this magical place like I did.

Had a great time in Monte Pego and would definitely go again. The villa was amazing and had everything that we needed. Liz was also really helpful in pointing us in the right direction and gave us several great tips.
By participating in a jumping competition in Oliva Nova we were looking for a house with 5 bedrooms for my family and our baby of 6 months to stay. On your website we found a compatible house that fulfilled our wishes. After several mails with the owners and receiving extra photos, we rented the house for 9 weeks. We had to pay everything in advance as usual.
On Friday 2 February we arrived at the villa.
The first thing we noticed was that the house was very cold. The concierge said it was not a problem that the electric heaters would do their job, because with the air-conditioning stoves alone, it was not enough. We hoped it would work quickly, because for a six-month-old baby it was far too cold. In every room and bathroom there was mold and lot of humidity. Large areas of mold were on every pillow and mattress in the house.
When it was time to make dinner for our little boy. We had to take the stainer, but it was also full of mold! We could not use it to make his food.
The washing machine was also dirty, because when it was used, the water remained with the soap inside and could not flow away.
Because it was cold inside the villa, we had to heat the whole room with the extra electric heaters, but then the fuse broke every time.
Every shower was covered with mold and there was also no hot water to wash us in the sink.
In the bedrooms you could not sleep because of the smell of the humidity and certainly not for a small baby.
We were forced to look for another house or apartment because this situation was not healthy for us and the baby. After an awful search we found an apartment. We have contacted the owner and the manager several times by e-mail, but we have not had any contact. Suddenly we received an email that the locks of the house had been replaced, but we still received no response to our complaints. The owner was not willing to give in anything.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft!
Dejligt hus😊 Kunne dog savne lidt skygge på terrasserne om aftenen.
