This property-west wing-offers 4 bedrooms(three with fine views) including 1 double room, 1 twin bedded, 1 family room with double and 2 singles and 1 family room with double and single bed and cot and can sleep up to 11 people, comfortably catering for 8 people. All doubles are 4ft 6in and single beds are 3 ft. Sitting/dining room with woodburner, large leather sofa, LED TV and DVD Player. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Bathroom with shower over bath, shower room and separate toilet. Well behaved pets by prior arrangement. Prices quoted for 8 people. Extra persons £30 per person. 1 Dog £30.

Historic farmhouse with ground floor east wing and large south facing west wing suitable for 2 family occupation. Former granary with south facing views. 100 acres farmland with sheep and three fishing lakes suitable for family fishing with carp, tench, roach and rudd etc. Coast three miles, surfing, swimming and sun. Delightful southerly views of fishing lakes and fields to Dartmoor on the distant horizon. Peacefully secluded, a haven of wildlife, badger setts, kingfishers, owls etc. Large play area with swings, slide and roundabout or ball games. Clay pigeon shooting, weather permitting - by arrangement. 2 cots, 2 highchairs, 2 fireguards and a stairgate available.

If you want a relaxing break in a stunning location this is the place to stay

Really friendly hosts are on hand throughout your stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Location is great for exploring the many beaches and attractions in the area. Fishing lake is well stocked. We all had a fantastic stay.

Really lovely week , spacious property, superb garden for the children to play in.

Property had everything we required, as per listing description. The garden was ideal for children to play and adults ! Using the barbecue worked v.well too. Ellen and Robert were the perfect hosts.

There is so much to do in the area, cycle ride to Barnstaple was flat and suitable for children. They all enjoyed The Big Sheep, Clovelly - don't take a buggy! Lots of Coastal walks and lovely beaches. Overall fantastic week would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing week.

Easy to get to Asda for food shopping.

Three miles from sandy beach of Westward Ho! Approx half hour drive from Bude.


Car essential. Nearest airport is Exeter airport and is approx 60 miles. Nearest channel port is Plymouth and is approx 60 miles.


Town of Bideford is approx 3 miles. Milky Way approx 5 miles and Big Sheep approx 2 miles. Tarka Trail cycle trail at Bideford where bikes may be hired approx 4 miles. Swimming pool at Northam approx 4 miles.
