Why Gisela chose Daimús
I bought this apartment because of its view, superb location and amenities. I wanted an apartment I could enjoy spending time in all year round. Even in the winter the Valencia climate is temperate and walking on the sandy beach is a pleasure. I particularly love the spectacular view of the sea and the fact that the beach is peaceful even in the height of summer.
What makes this Apartment unique
I particularly like looking out of the unobscured apartment windows towards the sky and the sea. The wide open green areas that surround the apartment with the back drop of mountains and distant views. It is an escape from the busyness of life and I get to appreciate the wonder of nature and a real sense of space. It is also very peaceful and I love to walk by the sea and enjoy the local restaurants. Everything is close by and is very convenient. Besides, the beach it has all the amenities needed to live well all year and transport wise it is also very well connected and I feel very lucky to have the apartment in such a place.

Immaculately presented apartment at a reasonable price. Gisela was the perfect host and speaks excellent English. A welcome pack was provided on arrival with typical Spanish food which was very much appreciated. Bed and sofa were very comfortable, apartment had everything you needed to self cater. Supermarket 10 mins walk and the promenade 3 mins walk with all the bars and good restaurants.
Home from home plus stunning views
Beautiful apartment in great location for a beach holiday. The owner provided a lovely welcome pack and even all toiletries down to suntan lotion! The end of May and beginning of June is fairly quiet so if you are looking for a relaxing holiday,this is the place. It is a very Spanish resort and the owner is very welcoming and I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We will definitely be returning.

A dream destination
We highly recommend Gisela's apartment. It was perfect for a stay with a child as there are loads of playgrounds within a five minute walk and Gisela provided a high chair and a baby bath. We stayed in October and the weather was still good enough to swim at the beach. The apartment is modern and fully equipped. We ate all our meals at the table on the balcony, enjoying the sunrise each day. The beach towels, umbrella and chairs were much appreciated. The filtered water system was a godsend as we usually have to buy bottles of water in Spain. Gisela went out of her way to make us comfortable and was always available if we needed anything. We can't wait to return to Gisela's apartment.
Thank you Gisela for a wonderful holiday. The apartment had everything that we needed and more, a lovely welcome pack, and all the toiletries you could need, right down to new tooth brushes. Also, there were towels, chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and stocked with all the essentials, all you need to bring are your clothes (though sun hats are provided as well!). The apartment is ideally located for the beach, and the balcony is the perfect place to sit during the heat of the day being shaded and catching the sea breeze. It also has beautiful views of both the beach and the mountains so you can enjoy sunsets and sun rises. Everything you need is within walking distance, bars, restaurants, and grocery shops, so a car is not necessary. Gisela could not do enough for us, even printing our return boarding passes (nice system Ryan Air!!!). If you are looking for a beach apartment, I doubt there is a better one on the Costa del Azahar. We will definitely be returning.

It was a fab location - as described, and you were able to help us out with any queries we had about the town. We had a lovely, relaxing week, and our little boy (4) really enjoyed himself too - the pool and beach were great, and we took full advantage! We didn't need a car in Daimuz - plenty to do for a week. The people in the apartment block were very friendly to us which made us feel extremely welcome. We were met by your daughter who explained everything fully and made us feel at home. We will be booking for next year - can't wait to get back! The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, right down to deck chairs and umbrella for the beach. Welcome pack of milk, essential food and fruit were there on our arrival. The flat is perfectly located right in front of the best part of the long stretch of beach. There were many hours spent on the private balcony watching the world go by. Plenty of places to eat and to buy fresh fish and meat.
Gisela is an amazing host and could not have been more welcoming. She cooked a mouth watering paella and gave us endless recommendations and help throughout our stay. Thank you. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach holiday.

Coast/Beach: Walking to a stunning 10 Km stretch of beautiful sandy beach is less than a minutes walk from the apartment. Travel: From the UK, you can make use of the low-cost airlines and fly to either Valencia, (VLC) Manises airport, Spain (45 minutes by car from apartment) or Alicante, El Altet (ALC) Spain (1hr 15 by car). To arrive in Daimus, you can rent a car or use public transport, the area has good transport links with both regular buses and trains. Distances: Gandía (2Km) A short 10 minute drive. On Fridays there is a bustling vibrant street market where you can buy fresh local produce. You have access to all kind of sports: Kay surf is 1 minute walk away; Go-Karting is 5 minutes by car; Sailing, Rowing and Horse Riding is 15 minutes by car; The Oliva Nova Golf 50 hectare complex is 15 minutes by car. The Avenue of Germanias is a nice place to stroll. The main street has plenty of designer shops. There are also 3 shopping complexes, the Fallas Museum, 2 multiplex cinemas, casino, bowling, yacht club and vibrant weekly market. There is a big festival “Las Fallas” in March. Booking Notes: When you book, we ask you to pay a deposit of £250.00 pounds (non-returnable if you cancel your stay). This becomes a returnable security deposit for the duration of your holiday and will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure less any deductions in case there are any damages. Final payment should be made 6 weeks before the arrival. Changeover Day: Change over days are a little flexible but Saturday or Sunday is preferable. Check out time is 11am and check in time is after 3pm.
