Beautiful, recently built villa, with lawned garden and swimming pool (not child proofed). Located in a very quiet and green but not isolated location, the villa has lovely sea views and total privacy. With a spaceful patio, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying sunsets, and a cool tree shaded area on the back, facing an ancient botanical garden, it is the ideal location for a restful holiday.
Since we came to Menorca we have been in love with this mysterious, peaceful, secret island. Menorca is beautiful, well preserved, safe, clean and quiet.
An incredibly relaxing place with the best beaches in the Balearic islands. Criminality is negligible, there is a cult for cleanliness and nature is very well looked after.
Being an agricultural island, food can be fantastic.
Arriving from the plane you will enjoy the 'ancient drawing' made by dry stone walls that surround wild land, where everything seems to grow.
Lemon trees, luscious bouganvilleas, yucca trees, agaves and all the aromatics, like lavender, rosemary, mint, the wonderful capers plant and wild fleur-de-lis that adorn the unspoiled beaches.
Wir haben im Mai/Juni 2017 einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Die Villa befindet sich am Ortsrand von Binisafuller und ist ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, trotzdem ist man schnell im Ort, wo man einen kleinen Supermarkt, kleinere Geschäfte und diverse Restaurants findet. Auch mehrere Strände und Buchten sind schnell zu erreichen. Allerdings sollte man keinesfalls auf ein Auto verzichten, damit man auch andere Teile der Insel erkunden kann. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Das Haus und die Außenanlage entsprechen zu 100% der Beschreibung und sind komfortabel und mit viel Liebe ins Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der herrlichen Terrasse und am Pool verbracht. Im Garten findet man zu jeder Zeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war immer sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung korrekt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war jederzeit zu erreichen und kleinere Probleme wurden unverzüglich beseitigt. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen in 2017!
A delightful villa, very spacious and comfortable with private garden having both a sun terrace and a shady terrace overlooking the pool. The location is quiet, with small quiet beaches easy to reach. The owner provided much detailed information to allow us to maximise our stay and was attentive to little details; very comfortable and clean, with lots of extra facilities, from popcorn maker to underwater pool lighting. This is a welcome into another families' holiday home rather than a holiday rental property. We were three generations and we all enjoyed it.
Villa Biniprispina was everything that we had hoped for. It offers that hard to come by combination of a beautiful secluded location yet you can easily walk to a choice of restaurants in the evening or to the waters edge to swim and snorkel.
However, a car is definitely recommended if you want to explore the island and it's many beaches. Our favourites were Sa Mesquida and Binisafuller although Binibeca is also not to be missed, a lovely bay of turquoise water with good amenities.
The commute from Mahon airport was straight forward, thanks to Michaela's excellent directions and did only take 15 mins! It is hard to believe that Menorca is so accessible in terms of flight availability but is still so quiet and unspoiled.
The villa was the perfect base to return to after our daily excursions and was well appointed, clean, comfortable and finished with artistic flair. As described, you will find everything you need, indoors and out to enjoy a truly special break. Having teenagers, The ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms and good wifi were a big plus.
The owner, Michaela was a delight to deal with throughout. She answered all correspondence swiftly and went the extra mile in providing tips and links about the area. We certainly hope to return to their charming holiday home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

If you like biking, the location is at the hub of many bicycle trails to coast and countryside, the famous Cami de Cavalls. You can easily rent bicycles from local shops who deliver to the house.
Five minutes walk to a beautiful rocky cove (Es Raco Fondu). Five minutes driving to the sandy Binibeca beach (equipped available) or to children friendly Binisafua Playa. Extensive selection of beaches within 30 minutes.
Walking distance to diving centre and sea-front restaurant, Club Nautico de Binisafuller.
The island offers the most beautiful collection of beaches (more than 120) of any Balearic island. Fun night life but famous for its security, healthcare and cleanliness, so ideal for families.
15 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from Mahon harbour.
A car is recommended.
10 minutes walking distance to Binibeca shops and fishermen village.
5 minutes driving to S' Uestra local supermarket, 10 minutes to Sant Lluis village or San Climent village and 15 minutes to the capital, Mahon.
Nearest village, Binibeca, offers restaurants, bars, shops, local boutiques supermarket. In both Sant Lluis and San Climent you can also find banks and pharmacy. Post office in Sant Lluis and Mahon.
