Lovely 110 M2 town house in the centre of the charming village of Bargemon. The house is on 3 levels and has 2 terraces.

Ground floor: Charming hall, 1 bedroom, stairs to the 'old' cave (not accessible to guests).

First floor: Sitting room with open fireplace. 1 bedroom and a completely refurbished bathroom with toilet.

Second floor: open-plan kitchen with balcony facing the mountains, living room with fireplace and large south-facing balcony. Separate bathroom and toilet.

Séjour très agréable à Bargemon (Haut-Var)

Nous étions en famille avec des enfants de 4 à 13 ans. Nous avons apprécié la maison, très bien équipée et plutot fraiche malgré la chaleur. La piscine chauffée à 28° et ouverte de 10H à 19H tous les jours et surtout tous les commerces, les bars, les restaurants, la pharmacie et la poste sur place. Le Verdon est à 1H00 de route tout comme la cote d'Azur...

Bref, ce séjour à Bargemeon était très reposant et agréable. Nous sommes tentés pour revenir ! Enfin, Finn Juul Hansen avait prévu du Rosé et des bières au frais pour notre arrivée. Parfait pour démarrer les vacances ! ;-))

Wonderful

This is a very beautiful and nice house, we had a fantastic holiday:-) All you need is in the house, and the local pool is near by. And where frequented very often by the whole family or just the girls of age 16 and 12.

The house is perfectly located for trips to the riviera, Gorges du Verdon, and to visit small villages in the east of Provence.

Also the area is perfect for trips on the racing bike:-)

Bargemon is a really nice town with restaurants, cafes,and the local grocery has everything you need. The people of Bargemon is very helpful and nice.

We definetely want to go back.

prachtig huis

allereerst willen wij de eigenaar zeggen dat wij het een prachtig huis vonden alles was ook aanwezig in ruime mate serviesgoed bestek pannen schoonmaakmiddelen en zelfs zeep bij de wastafels enz

het gehele huis is heel mooi en smaakvol ingericht dit huis is echt een droomverblijf prachtig uitzicht vanaf de terrassen waar je gezellig kunt eten je kunt er met 4 tot 6 personen in verblijven en geen probleem om te parkeren de eigenaar is altyd heel bereidwillig om via tel. of mail je vragen te beantwoorden of tips te geven ,kortom een goede gastheer wat wij zeker op prijs stelden

wij bevelen dit huis zeker aan , het voelde heel aangenaam om hier te mogen verblijven

het plaatsje bargemon is prachtig en een leuke uitvalbasis om door de var te reizen wij komen zeker terug gr henk en rina

Perfect

This house was perfect for our needs and preferences. We stayed here with our three children for two weeks in the summer of 2014. First of all, Bargemon is a lovely little town with just the right amount of restaurants, vacationers (mostly British and Scandinavian) and even some small museums. It is quiet, far away from the tourist hordes on the Coast, yet not "dead". And they like to party - every few day Bargemon seemed to find a reason why dancing in the central square was called for.

The small public pool is about 75 meters from the house. The entrance fee is just over one Euro per kid if you buy 10 tickets at a time. You only need one ticket for the day and can leave and come back during the day as often as you want. If you just want to hang out on the lawn and not go into the water, you do not have to pay.

The house has three floors. Downstairs is the entranceway/hallway with one bedroom with a queen size bed. Two of our kids slept there.

One flight up is the living room and the master bedroom. The couch in the living room is a pull-out, so the room acted as bedroom for kid No. 3 / playroom.

Furthermore, there is the Master Bedroom and the Master Bath with Toilet, Sink, Shower and Washing Machine. No dryer, but a drying rack. An unusual thing about the master bedroom/Master bath is that there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom ... so if you need privacy, you'll probably opt for the toilet upstairs on the 3rd Floor!

The 3rd Floor has the dining room+kitchen, a bathroom (sink, shower) and a separate toilet. This one has a door. :-)

Also on the third floor are two wonderful balconies, a small one off the kitchen facing the mountains and a bigger one in the front facing the Place (no, not the main place with all the restaurants... this one acts as a parking lot. Not so bad, though. Sitting there is really, really nice anyway.)

The house is not within the ramparts of ancient Bargemon, but just outside them. Which is good because you can drive your car right up to the front door to unload. Most of the time we found a parking spot in the Place out front, and if not, we parked it by the pool just a few steps away.

The house was very clean, and the customer service phantastic. Whenever I e-mailed the owner with some question, he got back to me within minutes. Thank you Finn and thank you Bargemon - I'd recommend this house to anyone!

Perfect house for a family vacation

We had a great week in this charming townhouse in the heart of Bargemon. Our daughter at 18 stayed had the room in the ground floor all to her self and our boy at 13 used the TV room as his place. We all enjoyed the space and also spent many hours on the two balconies. We did some daytrips to Cannes, Saint Tropez and George Du verdant. The square in the city center is very charming and there is a lot of good restaurants in Bargemon. All in all a great peace to stay and we will definitely be back.

Charming townhouse in beautiful south France

The house was perfect. Gently renovated in a very charming way. The house stays cool during the hot summer (up to 30 dg. C). We enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner at the balcony facing the town square. When you have two kids at 12 and 18 it's nice with two bathrooms. Also the washing machine came in handy so we didn't have to bring a lot of clothes. Bargemon is a very charming town with great restaurants and the nature is just outstanding. We will be back :)

Bargemon is the retreat of choice for rnany famous scientists, alchemists, poets and artists offering its rich history to discover. Strolling through the old village, you will be charmed by the narrow streets and the little village squares each boasting its own fountain with water as pure as any found in France.

Activities in the area include fishing, horse riding, hiking and paragliding.
