About Mrs L A Dallyn

Phil and Angela have been farming at Bulleigh Park farm since the late eighty's. We farm sheep and cattle, one of the breeds we keep is Devon Closewool sheep, which are now a rare breed. Our daughter is the 5th generation to be involved with this breed of sheep.

Our family have farmed the land for over 100 years.

Mrs L A Dallyn purchased this cottage in 1980

Why Mrs L A Dallyn chose Teignbridge

So close to the sea but offering peace and tranquillity with stunning views of the beautiful rolling hills of the South Devon countryside. Ideal for farming especially sheep. But close to many towns including Torquay, Totnes, Paignton and Newton Abbot. The rugged landscape of Dartmoor is not far away either.

What makes this cottage unique

Many good places to eat near by, one a short stroll away that offers home cooking and open fires.

If you stay four nights or more you may have a FREE AA award winning farmhouse breakfast on one morning of your stay. [Not available in the school holidays]

30-35 minutes from Exeter International Airport. 45 minutes from Plymouth and the port where Brittany Ferries sails from.

Very good rail links from Newton Abbot to the whole of the country. Enterprise car hire is very near to Newton Abbot rail station.

Beautiful Little Cottage, Stunning Views

  • 5 of 5

A little cottage, all on one floor, attached to the farmhouse. Clean, tidy, well-equipped, peaceful, quiet, easy to find, with the most stunning rural views from one of the bedrooms, the living room and the decking area. Good bathroom with fabulous shower unit. Angela was friendly and welcoming - perfect. Thank you.
