Situated on a private, gated urbanisation with superb tropical gardens.

Property is tastefully furnished to a modern standard.

Tennis courts, table tennis and a large family friendly swimming pool along with a separate childrens pool which is guarded in summer seasons are 2 minutes walk from the villa. Elche Zoo in one direction and Terra Mitica Childrens Theme park and famous beaches of Benidorm for a good day out and in drivable distance.

There is a parking space with the villa and second space is on the road in front.

All terraces have sea views, Sun beds and BBQ. availabale.

There are a variety of eating places within close walking and driving distance. All amenities like Bank, shops ,supermarket, medical center, and a police station etc. are all nearby.

Another small town whose lights are visible from the lounge like a airport runway - Los Arenales del Sol 5 mins by car has miles of sand dune and beaches, with a facility to hire sunbeds .

Beaches are cleaned daily & are very popular with locals & holiday makers. Marked trails in the Nature Park for Walkers & bird Watchers.

Enjoy the various Fiestas year round in Gran Alacant ,Santa pola , Alicante city and Elchie which are all close by within easy drivable distances of 10 to 15 kms.ideally located very near to the N332 connecting these towns/city.

Weekly markets in these places are full of local produce and encourages to drive down to various Orchards & Farms .

Sea side restaurants with local fresh catches all day round with mouth watering cuisines, excellent local wines and friendly staff with relaxed atmosphere and fresh sea breezes is an experience in itself.

Why Veena Raval chose Baix Vinalopo

We fell in love with this property because of its views and its so central locations.

For two years we must have looked around at least 50-55 properties and as we were looking for a spacious family home with real open sea views which of course would suit our pocket and not break our backs with heavy mortgage. We just could not resist when this came on the market. We saw it being built and then the fun of furnishing started. All purchases were local from Alicante. It has easy access to the main road N332 connecting to city of Alicante which is 15 kms. on one side and Torrevieja on the other with some very attractive townships on its way including a water park and other sea side locations with its beach front restaurants which is a fun to explore.

In the summer months we spend most our time in the balconies. Our breakfast lunch and dinners are all in the balcony or the BBQ on the terrace.

It has been fun chasing the winter sun and then the carport becomes favorite to have the chairs and the table there savoring the much appreciated warmth of the sun.

My only regret is why did we not think of buying it much earlier.

Area is quiet ,family orientated , friendly and very Spanish.

It is located in a very Spanish urbanisation where majority of the people own their homes and are very proud of their ownership. They are friendly and helpful and a feeling of "at home " is imminent as soon as you reach there . The urbanisation is very well maintained. Safe and gated community with a night time guard gives you the satisfaction of your own safety and security at all times.

From the outside the villa looks small and ordinary but as soon as you step in the views from the front room with the blue sea views will make you understand why we fell for it. The villa is spacious and I do mean spacious.Two families can easily share without treading on each others toes. Children can play inside or outside , enjoy the large TV lounge , go far swimming , cycling ,bowling tennis etc.

What makes this villa unique

Warm temperatures, Sunshine, extra one hour of daylight really makes a lot of difference from the variable unpredictable weather in England.

Once the grills are locked at night cross ventilation is superb and we really never needed the Air conditioning. Ceiling fans in all the rooms have been more than adequate.

Alicante is a popular destination with plenty of flights from a choice of airlines & air ports in England.

There are plenty of car hire companies on the airport with their competitive rates & the location of the house just being within 15 minutes from the airport has been a blessing.

When we land at Alicante airport it seems all the stress of life just melts away.

Once we reach home & open the balcony that BLUE SEA VIEW makes you hold your breath & the cool breeze is so refreshing. One has to experience it to cherish these pleasures.

Central location is another advantage whether you want to be adventurce and explore the whole area and its beautiful beaches all around or want to take the advantage of the local transportation it is up to you.

Entrance to the property is a steel hill and is a good challenge to the legs otherwise car is recommended.

Local weekly market just near the entrance of the urbanisation is an advantage along with plenty of eating places around and a small British Supermarket which remains open for extended hours..

Local transportation buses etc are available from near the gates and also hourly Tuk Tuk train which takes you round the whole locality is always a fun.

Walk to the Light House and its newly made view point is an added attraction and its still free. There is a road access too with the car and getting popular with kite flying and family picnics.Clean fresh air and clean surroundings all around are a bonus.If you are a cyclist flat road parallel to the coast line is popular with cyclists and is part of the route for marathon cyclists.

as you can see i just love the place and every time I am there I discover something new.

Notes on accommodation: Entrance via entry phone into the villa leads into a small hall way with pictures and a mirror. From the hallway the 1st thing that greets is the stunning sea views from the balcony off the lounge. This balcony is furnished with a table & four chairs + a drink trolley perfect for the evening drink overlooking Alicante with its twinkling lights and reflections in the Mediterranean sea. Spacious lounge is furnished as stated before. Dining area comes complete with a dining table 6 chairs and table mats etc. Kitchen on the same floor is good size & well equipped. On the same floor there is a small bathroom with washbasin & WC. Upper floor has 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and a sea facing balcony. Bedroom 2 has a bathroom with shower. lower floor has 2 large bedrooms, shower room, utility room & a large lounge & bar with fridge. This lounge opens into the sun terrace with its furniture & BBQ. Locking Security grills around the property at night is recommended. Outside: At the entrance of the property there is a small patio which is very useful for the winter sun. On a windy day this area is quite sheltered and useful for the drier etc. Sun terrace is with garden furniture sun beds and a BBQ.A small fridge is in the down stairs lounge to keep those drinks flowing and cool without going upstairs to the kitchen. There is no garden with the property. Swimming pool is large with outdoor showers but not heated. It is warm in summers and with sunshine. It is communal and used by a personal key. Use can be quite exclusive if one times it right. There is a watchman on duty for the safety of the children and adults who can not swim Around the pool beautiful paved walks and shaded areas to sit under the olive trees and one can enjoy front line 360 degree views of the sea and the hustle bustle of the beach. There is a Table tennis table nearby to enjoy an active game of TT. Near to the house there is a half size tennis court, slots can be booked. Utility Room: Work surface, front loading washing machine and a large sink. Storage room for all cushions and iron and a ironing board so that they are out of sight but not far away when you want to use them. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Stays over a week extra linen & towels are provided and a maid service if required can be arranged. Both services will have some extra charge At the end of the tenancy a cleaning charge is applicable. Other: On the lower floor there is another lounge with a huge cream leather corner unit sofa, two black leather recliner chairs, a coffee table, a large lamp & two big wall mirrors. A bar with glasses stools & fridge. This lounge opens into Sun terrace with BBQ

Perfect family holidays

We have really enjoyed our holiday in Gran Alacant, a perfect location with fabulous views. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to visit Gran Alacant. The villa is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The house has everything you may ask for to create a very pleasant vacation even for a large company/family as it is provided with a well-maintained kitchen, large outdoor and indoor dining areas, one bathroom per floor and of course a large terasse (balcony) with an extraordinary,breathtaking panoramic view and a comm pool. Upper bedroom is fantastic, provides wonderful views to the coast, but all other bedrooms are sizeable and well appointed.

The property is a good location from the airport and to the beach.The location to the local supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars is perfect.

The only problem was we did not want to go home at the end of it. It really was home from home and everything was perfect including all the facilities on site.

Can't wait to return and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends.

Excellent villa with wonderful views

This villa is exactly as described if not better. 7 of us stayed in August & we found the villa spacious, exceptionally clean, well maintained with large rooms spread over three floors giving everyone their own space!

The gated community was peaceful & we had the pool to ourselves on quite a few occasions, the lifeguard is an added bonus.

There is shops & restaurants within walking distance although the hill out of the complex is very steep. We never hired a car as the bus service was cheap & easy to use with the nearest stop only a few minutes walk from the villa.

Caribassi beach is only a short bus journey away and well worth a visit.

I have already recommended this villa to family & friends and I hope to return next year!

Fantastic views in a very spacious property

We stayed at this property the last week in July and had a wonderful experience. We were a party of 8 and found the villa to be very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the property is well furnished. The manager Karen was available to deal with any queries we had. As there is quite a climb to get out of the urbanization, a car would be recommended.

Fantastic views well appointed villa

This villa is well situated for good bars and restaurants on the doorstep however be aware if no car or taxi it is a steep walk to get to facilities and you will also need to do this to remove rubbish as all street bins are outside the complex. Excellent community pool with limited sun beds. Problems with washing machine could do with replacing. Issue with dowstairs bathroom as hot water not working properly for whole 2 weeks we were there. This bathroom services 2 of the bedrooms. Information in villa is dated and needs attention. Tv list does not correspond with what's available.

Owner and Karen who looks after the villa excellent communication and I am sure things will improve in the future. Fusion restaurant and local flamenco bar and good views are a must to eat and drink in

Relaxing week in Gran Alacant

We had a wonderful week's stay at this place. Very spacious, over 3 floors, clean and exactly as described by the owner. Great view from the balcony, and local shops/restaurants just 5 mins walk away. This place is in a secure gated development, and the residents are friendly. Only 10/15 mins away from Alicante itself by taxi. The managing agents were v helpful too, will deal with any issues/queries very quickly. Overall, very nice and relaxing stay. Will certainly come again in the future, and would recommend to friends and relatives.

Lovely New Year Holiday

Had a really nice time at house. It was very spacious and clean. Even though we went for New Year there were plenty of restaurants open nearby and the house is in a peaceful gated community. The beach is quite close and there are regular buses a short walk away to places of interest although it helps to have a car. Would definitely recommend.

Viewpoint walkway is fairly new near the Gran Alacant Light house.& a must

Santa Pola coast line is very close to the road & sandy dunes are favourite for holiday picnics. In places small coves are popular for fishing & naturally made swimming areas in sea. For Natural beauty, day & night U have to be there to appreciate & walk around to enjoy it.

Blue calm sea are inviting for surfers & relaxing in small sailing boats..

Sea side walks with enthusiastic locals of all ages on walking friendly beautifully tiled paved area are pleasurable & inviting.

Alicante Airport 15 mts. by car to the villa.

Car hire recommended to enjoy beach outings & exploring nearby attractions salt lakes, flamingo Tabraka island Chocolate factory.

The area is cosmopolitan with interesting mixture of nationalities. Spanish, British & Scandinavian & many other nationals own properties here.

GA has 6 large supermarkets including a British in walking distance. GA has Pharmacies banks with all kinds of cash machines Panaderias (Bakery) Heladerias (Icecream )Video DVD Rental shop Internet cafes, hairdressers ,nail bars,petrol station & a garage for minor repairs near the supermercado

The white coast of Costa Blanca has beautiful cities on its coast line. In the north Valencia approx. 200 km, coming down south is Dania Calpe & Altea famous for its greenery & almond orchards.

Alicante city is at its liveliest in the summer because of its castle seaside walks ,marina , the restaurants all round, casino and night clubs. Late eve. walks are famous with the sea side souvenir shops. Sit on the seats on the famous Alicante walkway oppsite the marina and see t

Week that includes 24th June when "Hogueras de San Juan Fiesta" takes place. Apart from the processions where locals dress up in traditional clothes huge paper mache images are placed in the public places and burnt followed by fantastic fire works which invariably start at midnight. This spectacular firework round goes for the whole week & lasts for almost half hour. Beauty of the house is Fireworks can be seen in the distance from the balcony of the house & lying in bed from one of the bedrooms.

One night is a must to view & appreciate this firework display on the marina itself where one admires the fireworks but soaks the atmosphere where thousands of people walk for miles to come & enjoy & rub shoulders.These local events are safe to walk around as the whole area is blocked for pedestrians. One has to be very early in the eve. to secure paid parking otherwise street parking will need 1-2 Km walk which is fun as everyone else is also walking.

Plenty of souvenirs shops on the Alicante palm lined "Esplanada" sinuously patterned in marble is one of the famous post card picture of Alicante city. City itself has wide boulevards & interesting shops. " Miro" "Picasso" & "Tapies" are among the masters with works in the " Muse De Arte Siglo".

In the eve. the city buzzes with pedestrians with a lively atmosphere.

A lift ride to "Santa Barbara castle" exhibiting stupendous views over the city & the Mediterranean.

Approx. 50 kms north Benidorm is known for its beaches, Water park & a Theme park called "Terra Mitica". is worth a visit. Benidorm Palace Night Clubs & all night Discos such as Black Sunset , Penalope & Star garden are some of the many around.

Drive to Benidorm can be either by the motorway or by the coast line route which goes through typical Spanish towns is slow but interesting.

Half way between Benidorm & Alicante Villajoysa is famous for its chocolate factories.

A worth while local excursion to "Isla de Tabarca" a tiny island which was a den of pirates in the past is now famous for restaurants with lobsters as a speciality. Ferries from the Alicante harbour or from Santa Pola.

Elche with thousands of date palms, cactus & tropical flowers in "Parque Municipal" with a beautiful restaurant & a Bar have entertainments organized most weekends specially for children like a puppet show & various dance shows etc.Santa Maria church is in the center of the city opposite the park entrance. The park has a large restaurant for informal and formal lunches and caters for teas and coffees at appropriate times.

Elche is famous for its shoe factory, huge municipal park with thousands of palm trees and entertainment

Day out to La Manga is pleasurable with its scenic drive and golf courses where u will pass the salt lakes & many orchards.
