The house is 5 years old and very well equipped with air conditioning throughout.

There are 2 double bedrooms - Master bedroom has ensuite and 1 twin room which has a small balcony. Separate bathroom and downstairs w/c. A modern, very well equipped open plan kitchen. Large open plan living/dinning room with DVD player. Large Patio doors lead from living room onto a large walled patio with table and chairs for outdoor eating. 50m from the patio is an infinity pool children’s pool and a large area with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas to relax in the sun and look out over the bay. There is parking for 1 car at the front of the property.

This property can alson be rented as a 2 bedroom property (1 bedroom will be locked).

Long term winter rentals are welcome at special rates.

The house is very well appointed. The decor is stylish and there is everything you need for a very comfortable stay especially if you want to make the most of the self catering. The air conditioning is essential and made us feel comfortable.The development is small and quiet and relaxing and the swimming pools are only a few meters away from the house but not close enough to be noisy.

The area is ideal for a relaxing family or couples holiday with tavernas beach and shops a short drive away. A car is essential but driving is easy as they drive on the same side of the road as in the UK.

We stayed at Prodromi Gardens A3 in mid July and had a wonderful time.



The location is ideal with shopping, cozy restaurants, beach, and mountains equally close and easily accessible.



The house is wonderful with great views of the bay.



I highly recommend Prodromi Gardens A3 for people who desire some peace, quiet and relaxation.

Superb House located in a beautiful village

We were two couples and stayed for a week.

When we arrived at the house, we immediately loved the village and the area in which it is located. The house is fully equipped and since we were in a middle of a heat wave, the air-conditioners were very useful during the nights. The pool area was very clean. The development is very quite and we hardly ever saw anyone in the pool or outside.

The owner, Jo is very helpful and friendly and their house managers came to greet us the following day and checked if we needed anything.

The property is located only 5 minutes away by car from Latchi Harbour where we used to go every night to have dinner in several restaurants located by the beach. The views are to die for.

We would definitely recommend this place and this house to friends and we hope to visit this wonderful island very soon.

Excellent family Villa

A beautiful Villa with stunning views. A perfect Well maintained infinity pool making this an ideal place to stay for families. The Villa was really clean and well equipped and we would definitely stay again. A car is essential when staying here as the area is so beautiful it would be a shame not to explore the area the beaches are wonderful too .

GREAT PLACE TO STAY - RELAXING HOLIDAYS

We stayed in August 2014 for 12 nights. Great place to stay for family holidays with young children. Quiet area but close to Latchi harbour and Polis tourist area. The house was very clean and well equipped. Nice, quiet pool area and very safe environment.

Owners very helpful giving us all the information needed.

Would definitely recommend the property for families and couples for a relaxing break.

We will be back soon !!!

Great property

This property was exactly as described in terms of layout, location and facilities. Owners provided us with detailed information which made it very easy to find even late at night. The property was spotlessly clean and was obviously well looked after.

Air conditioning throughout which was a god send for us with 2 youngish kids.

The property was very near the pool which most of the time we got to ourselves or only had occupants from 1 or 2 other villas in at the same time. Located within 5 minutes of the lovely Latchi beach.

Very relaxing holiday. Lots of interesting things to see within an hours drive. Car essential if staying here.

Would thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Great for families with children or older couples looking for peace and quiet.

Latchi is approx 1 mile away - 5 minute drive. In Latchi is a very picturesque marina with sea front tavernas.
