This bright and airy apartment, boasts traditional features such as high ceilings and a Maltese timber balcony overlooking St. Paul's Street. The well-appointed 100 sqm property, has been finished to a very high standard, with all amenities that one would expect to find in 5-star accommodation, yet still offering a cosy and intimate setting. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.

The property is in a prestigious neighborhood, a stone throw away from the city center and major attractions such as the Upper Barrakka Gardens, St John’s Cathedral and the Auberge De Castille. Furthermore, the neighborhood also boasts two bakeries, cafes and some unique boutiques.

Our esteemed guests are welcome to make use of a spacious communal roof top garden which is shared with only another two apartments in the block. The garden boasts a sheltered area with lounge furniture and 2 barbecue areas for guests to use at their convenience.

The highlight of the garden is that guests can enjoy breath-taking views of the Grand Harbour entrance, the sea beyond and the city’s sky line – the perfect place to unwind and relax.

In my opinion this is the most desirable location in Valletta and also know as good for its neighborhood.Central location and easy to reach all historical attractions,restaurants, A car is not necessary for getting around Valletta,

Few meters from St. John Square the main square and Republic Street, Valletta's High Street, the Valletta fruit and vegetable market, food stores etc. Buses to all destinations in Malta leave from the terminal a 5 min walk away.

The location is superb to experience the true Maltese culture through the wonderful examples of Baroque architecture and the experience of the centuries old inheritance of the Knights of St John.

At the risk of repeating other glowing reviews, this really was an exceptional holiday apartment which exceeded our expectations in every way ! The central location is ideal, the apartment itself is immaculately presented and you couldn't find more congenial and most helpful hosts than Patrick and his family. It is obvious that a great deal of love, care and attention has been devoted to the restoration of this beautiful apartment - it's no surprise that it is so fully booked. Patrick clearly cares for his guests as much as he does for his property and it was his personal touch that contributed so much to our enjoyment of our stay in Valletta.

Comfortable and everything you need for visiting Valletta.

This is a comfortable apartment centrally located for visiting all the sites in Valletta. It has everything you need and more, including a delightful shared roof garden. Nothing is too much trouble for Patrick who gave us a wonderful welcome and went to great lengths to ensure we were happy. Due to another previous booking we were unable to stay as long as we wished and had to relocate to another apartment. After moving, Patrick found a small box that we had left behind and he personally brought it to us, an act of kindness we much appreciated.

Malta was very interesting, filled with history and natural beauty

The apartment was very well appointed with everything anyone might need. Patrick provided a welcome package of milk, bread, fruit, cookie and wine! Also instant coffee, tea etc. we cooked a lot on apartment and had everything we needed. Bedroom was nice and cool with AC. Other rooms had good size fans so it was not so sticky. Roof top garden was amazing! Definitely recommend taking dinner or drinks and snacks up there on the late afternoon/evening.

Clean comfortable apmnt in the heart of Valletta

An excellent apartment containing all the amenities required for a holiday rental in Valletta. Patrick was clearly very proud of his apartment and his city and deservedly so. He provided a good welcome pack including wine and offered full advice about the facilities within the apartment and places to see in Valletta. The roof terrace is an excellent facility offering guests outdoor space and views over the city and harbour areas.

Home away from home

We, a retired couple, stayed at this apartment for a week to visit Malta and Gozo. We can highly recommend it. Patrick, our host, welcomed us and spent a good amount of time explaining everything and making recommendations, even though our arrival was late on a Saturday night. There was a welcome package of bread, milk, fruit cookies and wine. The apartment is perfectly-situated in the old part of Valletta, close to all the sites to visit there, with easy access to the ferry across the harbour to the "3-Cities" and an easy walk to the main bus terminal for visiting the rest of Malta and Gozo. We were glad to have taken Patrick's suggestion to get an economical one-week bus pass that was good for both islands. The apartment is spacious; the AC works well in the bedroom and wall-mounted fans in the other rooms are perfect with the high ceilings. The kitchen is well-equipped and Patrick has appointed the apartment as if he lived in it. The roof-top terrace was a wonderful place for lunch or a nightcap with 4 separate areas with different views, which would have allowed for privacy if wanted from other guests, although we did not encounter any during our stay. Overall, we do not think we could have found a place as good and a host more welcoming. Patrick's current work adding a lift will make it even better for those on the upper floors.

Better than the description

The apartment is even better than the description and photos on the web site.The owner met us on arrival and provide a comprehensive tour of the apartment and all its facilities, also a Welcome pack. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, included everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Location was also ideal being close to everything necessary yet quiet and peaceful too. Our fifth visit to Malta but our first stay in Valletta, this apartment helped to make this visit the best and when we return this is were we'll stay.

There is also a rocky beach in Valletta on the marsamxett side and there are also restaurants there including the Sliema ferry.Its a 10 minutes walk from the apartment.


Airport: Luqa: 8 km. Arrival and return transport can be pre booked with us. Return to airport transport on departure day is available.
