We booked the Villa for a week long family stay. My partner, myself, daughter and boyfriend ( 4 adults). Fraser collected us at the airport and also dropped us off for our return flight. The transfer time from airport is approx 10 mins by car . Originally we were concerned that the noise of the planes may disturb us but i was surprised how little we noticed the planes. The airport is fairly quiet in terms of flights and the noise was never a problem. The Villa is situated close to Mandria village, which has a few restaurants and bars but is fairly quiet. There is also a local supermarket nearby. Having a car provided was a real plus for us and made getting around for day trips and shopping very easy. The car was a Vauxhall Safira , 6 seater . The Villa itself was luxuriously appointed and provided us with plenty of space, we wanted for nothing really. The bedrooms were large and spacious with 2 en suites and a great bathroom, and the main lounge and kitchen / dining area were great. We ate at the Villa most of the time and took advantage of the fabulous kitchen and barbeque, eating al fresco on the terrace. The pool area is superb and the pool is well above average size (larger than other villas we looked at in this price range) and sunbeds are plentiful. Villa is equipped with Wifi, Satellite TV and films can be downloaded if you fancy staying in . All in all a fantastic property and the perfect place to relax. I should also mention that the property was very clean. A previous reviewer mentioned towels not being changed after a week and although we only stayed for a week , we found plenty of clean towels stored in the utility room cupboards along with a washing machine, so it wasn't a problem for us. I have rated the property as 5 star , the only minor gripe we had was that the local cockerels can be noisy at times, and some background traffic noise could be heard from the road at the the bottom of the orchard, but these were small gripes really and didn't detract from a fantastic stay
We booked this villa for a family holiday to celebrate my mums 60th birthday.
The villa in one word is amazing the photos on owners direct are true liking but seemed even better in real life, it has everything you could ask for fantastic pool and outside dining areas, loads of storage space, great outside bbq area, and comes with a car, there's a small village Mandria around a 10-15 min walk away with a few tavernas and eating places, also paphos is only a taxi or bus ride away, can't fault this villa at all ideal for relaxing holiday and Fraser the owner has thought over everything nothing was too much trouble , will be back for sure.
We had an amazing stay at the Grove. The villa itself is like a show home and the pool and outdoor space was outstanding. Fraser met us at the airport and drove us to the villa where he gave us a quick tour before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. The villa was fully cleaned during our stay including towels, bedding and the pool. We would definitely recommend this villa to families or anyone looking to get away and relax in the sunshine!
Paphos was only a short, easy, drive away and had plenty of things to do and restaurants. The Kaledonia falls and Troodos mountains are definitely worth a visit.
We had a fantastic break at the Villa. Fraser met us at the airport and helped us to settle into his beautiful villa. The villa is set in a beautiful orange grove not far from the lovely town of Paphos. The house itself is stunning, spacious and light and airy, with a cosy lounge and good sized bedrooms. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the terrace was a great place to have lunch and a cold glass of wine in the evening. Everything we needed was provided and Fraser was on hand for any questions or issues we had. It was brilliant to be able to have the use of a car for shopping and trips to the beach.
When we arrived at Paphos airport we were met by Alex and she drove us the short drive to the villa, in the rental car, which was included in the price of the villa rental. It was dark when we arrived and so was difficult to view the surrounding area until the following day.
The villa was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Alex stayed for just a short while to explain a few things to us and then left us to explore - just the way we like it!
The following morning we could properly appreciate the lovely orange orchard in which the property is set, and of course the lovely, large swimming pool, which our girls were delighted with!
The facilities at the property were excellent and we had quite a few enjoyable evenings in, watching a movie and drinking wine, which we were happy to do, after a day out in the Troodos Mountains, and a couple of days spent on the lovely Coral Bay Beach.
Alex arranged a change of bed linen after our first week, and the only slight criticism is that the bath towels were not changed, which I would have expected after a week. Also, it would have been better to have included a couple of bath sheets, as the ones provided were smaller than we are used to using! Only a minor gripe though!
When we were due to go home, Alex was extremely accommodating, as our flight wasn't due out until 10pm, and she agreed that we could stay in the villa until 7pm. This was fantastic for us, as I don't really know what we would have done had we had to vacate at 10am. Alex then drove us to the airport in the rental car, and was even kind enough to bring our house keys back to the airport, when I telephoned to say that we had left them in a cupboard!

Petra Tou Romiou
Close to Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley you will find one of the most photographed scenes in Cyprus, Petra Tou Romiou more commonly known as Aphrodite’s Birth Place. The dramatic rocks look like monumental tear drops in the ocean and are backdrop to the mythological setting where Aphrodite emerged from the waves! You may prefer just to take in the view or if you feel a little more adventurous perhaps climb the largest of the tear dro p rocks or swim around it 3 times to be blessed with Aphrodite’s famed eternal beauty! (Legend may claim this to be true but I think it was her last laugh!!)
Perched on the hillside, the views from Pissouri village and its surroundings are spectacular.
Pissouri has a quaint, unique character bestowed by winding cobbled streets lined with charming rustic houses. The Cypriot character has certainly been retained and is what attracts so many visitors.
There is an exceptional choice of restaurants and taverns offering a wide range of cuisine Pissouri really does have it all from ice creams palours to exquisite fine dining there are restaurants for all occasions.
During the summer there is a traditional Cyprus night in the lovely pedestrianised village square, with dancing and music. It is hosted by the 3 restaurants and their collaboration creates an incredible party atmosphere that is so infectious you can’t help but be drawn into the merriment! There is much Greek Dancing and entertaining whilst you dine underneath the stars and later a DJ with a live band take the evening into the early hours! Although the idea is perhaps to provide entertainment for Pissouri’s visitors, it is also true that a significant number of those present every week are the villagers themselves! Here you can truly enjoy an authentic Cyprus evening!
