"Caseta Margarita" is a large modern 1 bedroom apartment (with an additional double sofa bed) in a residential area of Moraira. If you are looking for a peaceful location with beautiful views of mountains and sunsets, within easy reach of Moraira Village Centre (3km) and its lovely beaches then "Caseta Margarita" is just what you are looking for. Villotel communal pool is one of the largest in the area and ideal for fun or serious swimming. There is a pool bar (open in high season) and a tennis court which can be hired by the hour. A bar and restaurant are also at the centre of the community. Just a short walk away you will find 2 new large supermarkets, cafes and more restaurants.

About Alison Cartwright

I live in England with my husband Jeff and our four boys. I have holidayed in Moraira on a number of occasions over the last twenty years.

I have watched it grow and develop into something that is unique.. It was once described to me as "the jewel in the crown". It's true, once you have been you are sad to leave and can't wait to go back again.

It was based on my own personal experiences and those of my friends and family that I decided to purchase a property there.

I would love you to now be able to share my experiences and would like to offer you the use of "Caseta Margarita" and be able to witness the magnificent sunset and sunrises.

Notes on accommodation: Ideal accommodation for couple sharing a double bed or two couples with the addition of the sofa bed. Not suitable for children. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the apartment at any time. Outside: Glazed double doors open onto a private south west facing gated sun terrace where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views and savour alfresco meals. A large sun awning provides shade when needed. Full sun on terrace from midday onwards. What's great is that the apartment is only a 2 minute walk away from an excellent community pool, tennis court, pool bar and bar/restaurant (no need to get the car out!!) Utility Room: Situated at the rear of the apartment is a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a large storeroom idea for keeping those cases from under your feet. Free standing radiators are provided for your comfort during low season. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekly change of bed linen and bath towels included. Apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. All cleaning and laundry charges are included. Other: Free covered parking is available in owners garage situated on the ground floor below the apartment.

Wonderful relaxing stay, cant wait to return

We stayed at Caseta Margarita for the second time in Sept 17 and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Since the previous visit, the owners have made improvements to the apartment with lovely rattan furniture on the balcony and new furniture inside.

The property is situated in a beautiful spot only five minutes drive from the lovely town of Moraira which has a beautiful beach and harbour and great shops and quality restaurants. I would recommend hiring a car when you visit so that you are able to explore the surrounding areas, as there is a lot to see and do. Caseta Margarita makes the perfect base for your holiday and is exceptionally well equipped. The communal pool is perfectly situated just a minutes walk from the property. We enjoyed both a morning and evening dip and it was lovely to watch the sun setting in the distance from the pool. The property can accommodate four people very comfortably and Alison has made sure that you have every piece of information needed to guide you through the local area and make your stay very enjoyable.

I heartily recommend that you book a stay at this wonderful property, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Alison, i look forward to returning soon.

Séjour de 3 semaines en juillet 2017 à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 ados)

Une excellente adresse avec uniquement des points positifs.

Le logement est très agréable et propre. Bien conçu, bien équipé, on se sent "à la maison" (sauf qu'on est en vacances !!). La piscine commune est très agréable et, en juillet, peu fréquentée. C'est vrai qu'il faudra prendre la voiture pour aller à Moraira et ses plages, mais c'est vite fait et les plages sont variées. (On peut le faire à vélo, à condition d'avoir de bons mollets : la région est très vallonnée.)

La ville elle-même est très agréable et animée, dans une superbe région.

Cerise sur la gâteau, la propriétaire Alison et son représentant sur place Paul, sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Merci à eux deux pour cet excellent séjour.

Bref, nous recommandons tout à fait (même si on avait pensé mettre un très mauvais avis afin de garder l'adresse pour nous si nous revenons dans la région !).

Lovely apartment, beautiful setting

Have just arrived home after a fantastic stay in 'Caseta Margarita'. Well-equipped, spotlessly clean and very homely. The Villotel pool complex was great with a super pool for children. Very short drive to the lovely town of Moraira. Alison the owner is very helpful and friendly.

Keen walkers will find stunning coastal walks within easy reach.


Easy access. Only 80km (1 hour) from Alicante Airport and 95km (1.30 hour) from Valencia Airport. Car hire or use of a car recommended. Taxi Service from either airport can be arranged for those not wanting to hire a car. Please advise owner at time of booking.


Some places you might like to visit during your stay that are in easy reach of Moraira and between Alicante and Valencia: Denia 20km, Javea 8km, Benitachell 3km, Teulada 5km, Jalon Valley 25km, Calpe 10km, Altea 20km and Benidorm 25km. What these places have in common is their weekly outdoor markets, Fiestas and Fire Works. The Spanish love to celebrate. To make life easier for you, local maps and other useful information about where to visit and their attractions will be awaiting you.

Further Details:

You can expect lots of sunshine all year round and very little rain in this beautiful region of Spain. The scenery is breathtaking, with luscious green mountains and valleys, vineyards and various fruit trees covering acres of land along the Costa Blanca coast and further inland.

If you fancy a change from driving you can always board the local FGV train that runs from Alicante to Denia on the Costa Blanca's own narrow gauge line, 15 times a day. Sit back and enjoy the fantastic scenery on route to Calpe, Altea, Benidorm or Denia. The return fares are reasonably priced.

You could also enjoy a day in the historic city of Valencia which is easily reached by travelling to Xeraco station by car and taking the train for the 2nd part of the journey, avoiding the hassle of parking in Valencia. Give yourself the opportunity to feast your eyes on a confection of ceramic oranges, tiles and glittering mosaics of orange goddesses as you leave the RENFE station. A 'Valencia Bus Touristic' guided tour could help you to discover the main places of interest. Valencia combines fascinating old buildings with some stunning modern architecture.
