Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom Cottage. Tastefully furnished barn conversion benefiting from its peaceful rural position, an ideal place to unwind and relax. All on a single level entering into the hall, spacious open plan lounge/dining room with feature wood burning stove, well equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedded bedroom, bathroom/wc (shower over bath), own patio area. (for information there are two internal steps in this cottage). The cottage is no smoking and no pets.

We are situated within the heart of the Peak District which has 50,000 acres of spectacular countryside and peaceful villages. Oaker Farm Holiday Cottages nestle near the bottom of Lose Hill amidst our lovingly maintained farmland. We have exceptional views, possibly the most idyllic and peaceful retreat in the Peak District, the perfect place to experience the ever changing landscapes. We enjoy a delightfully tranquil and stunning position which is home to abundant wildlife, plants and birds. This is where the stresses of life are left behind. The area offers a great deal for the country lover; walking (many routes from the door), climbing, horse riding, sight seeing, hang gliding, gliding, bird-watching, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet, you will find this the perfect place to take a break. We are 1 mile from the Cheshire Cheese Inn, 1.5 miles from the village with local shopping facilities, pubs and bus and train services. Free WiFi. No smoking and no pets.

Notes on prices:
From Easter to the end of October we offer weekly bookings commencing on a Saturday, short breaks may be available if booked within 2 weeks of the holiday date.
From November to March (excluding Christmas and New Year) the minimum stay is 3 nights commencing on any day.
Arrival time after 4pm, and on the day of your departure we'd be grateful if you could leave by 10am
Prices include bed linen, towels, central heating and electricity.
Sorry we don't accept pets and the property is no smoking.

Notes on accommodation: Central heating throughout. We have a bike rack in the log barn - please just bring your own chain and lock. Outside: Enjoy stunning views from table and chairs on the patio, or use the picnic tables in the fields next to the cottage. We also have swings, slide, and fields for children to play in.
