We are a local Blackpool family, resident here all our lives. We live close to the rental property and are on hand in case of any problems. We own a famous local restaurant the West Coast Rock Cafe and Blackpool's only Brewery Pub The Brew Room.

fantastic bank holiday weekend in blackpool
stayed at apartment as a group of 6 adults and 1 child on may bank holiday weekend . Had a fantastic time , apartment was very clean, well equipped and the owners were very friendly and easy to deal with . Located at the south side of blackpool next to the airport there is a bus stop lierally outside the front door and a 5 minute walk down to the front for a tram . Theres a number of pubs , restauants and shops all in close proximity if you don't fancy going in to blackpool at night . Would definitely go back here again in the future
Robert and his family were particularly accommodating and easy to deal with. We only booked the property as very short notice but they were very easy about it. Property was very clean and well stocked. Location is brilliant - 5 min walk to the sea, very near train station and quiet property but only 10 mins away from the blackpool nightlife. Loads to do in the area. We had a truly fabulous and memorable stay. Thank you! From all the singing girls:)
Perfect luxury roomy apartment in Blackpool
After over 20 years using b&bs in Blackpool we finally found somewhere luxury, roomy, immaculately clean and prefect size for a family in a nice quiet private estate. We are no longer going to bother looking elsewhere next time, so advise book in advance. Thanks for organising. Steve

I loved the apartment it was everything as discribed it was well equipt and was spotlessly clean. This apartment is great it's nice and big very comfy beds and sofa's is very cofortable they are reclining i must say Gaynor and Robert gave us such a warm welcome when we stayed and provided us with lots of leaflets of Blackpool attractions I would recommend this place it's a lovely area it's close to all the attractions, shops, the area is very quiet and peaceful location , there is a lovely park just up the road which was well maintained with a tennis court and a basket ball area and lots of grass area for the children to play .
