This elegant and most relaxing Dordogne property stands in wooded grounds of some 17 acres, about 1km north of the village of St Martin des Combes and about 20km north-west of Bergerac (its older 'quartiers' quite beautifully restored). Tastefully restored this charming property, comprising main house and annexe, is reached by a rarely used (un-metalled) lane, from which a short drive leads to generous shaded parking area behind a games room (with ping-pong). A little further from the house is the hard tennis court (built in 1993), and across the lane are views over rolling meadows towards a neighbouring château, concealed behind trees approx 1km away - apart from which no other houses are audible, or visible. From the covered patio are views of the large 6 x 12 metre pool and of the large lawn.

Changeover Day:
Changeover Day is normally on a Saturday, but other days and durations possible outside high season and by negotiation. Rentals normally run from 4pm on day of arrival, vacating normally by 10am on day of departure.

Please note that prices do not include heating costs during the colder months - this is extra (metred) and will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
