2 Bed Cottage in Salcombe, South Devon, England, 2 mins flat walk to Town Centre

21 Island Street is a lovely period fisherman's self catering holiday cottage, perfectly located next to the beautiful Salcombe Estuary, 50 metres from the waters edge and a 2 min level walk to the centre of town.

This cosy cottage has been our family bolt hole for over 80 years, and is a great destination for family beach holidays or grown-up escapes, with the nearby pristine beaches, epic coastal walks, and Salcombe's cosy pubs and excellent restaurants.

New for 2017. We will be providing crisp bed linen and bath towels, and beds will be made up and ready for your stay.

My family have owned the cottage since the 30's as it was originally my grandfathers holiday cottage. They lived in Plymouth ! Now it is a treasured cottage with association of many great memories for every one in our family from all generations.

The closest beaches are only a short walk in to town (5 mins) and then a 3 min ferry to the other side of the estuary. Or you can drive to the mouth of the estuary and enjoy North or South Sands.

Its not big but an area you can sit out in a chair and have a coffee in the morning sunshine.
