Two-bedroom fully air-conditioned apartment (sleeps up to six persons) located on the edge of Peyia village only 2km from Coral Bay and 12km from Paphos. Superb sea views. Large south-facing balcony. The apartment is positioned on the edge of the €5m Peyia Paradise development away from the large communal swimming pool, which measures 18m in length, with Roman steps, poolside showers and a shallow end for children. There is a surrounding sunbathing area set in well-tended gardens. The pool is heated purely by rays from the sun and is not artificially-heated. Therefore, it is not sufficiently warm enough to enter during the winter months. Remote controlled air-conditioning with ceiling fans in the living & dining areas and both bedrooms. FREE Wi-Fi Broadband Internet. Guests can view FREE Broadband Wi-Fi Internet. LG 32" colour HDTV with catch-up TV including SKY SPORTS, SKY1, SKY ATLANTIC, SKY ARTS, BT SPORTS + all of the popular UK TV & radio channels. The multi-region DVD player plays all DVDs and a variety of CD formats. Bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are supplied. If your stay is for teb nights or more, replacement towels & bed-linen will be delivered after seven nights. You need only pack beach towels. There is an electronic safe in the wardrobe of the double bedroom. There is a private dedicated marked parking bay immediately outside the apartment. Quality furniture ensures "home-from-home" comfort. Electronic safe for keeping personal belongings & passports. The apartment is ideal for those who wish to take things easy and enjoy a relaxing break. Centre of Peyia village 1.3km. Coral Bay 2.5 km. The local supermarket provides a door-to-door delivery, or will transport you & your shopping at no extra charge. Car hire is not at all necessary but it is thoroughly recommended. We have had hundreds of satisfied guests over the past twelve years and many have returned. 2018 is the 13th consecutive year of guests enjoying holidays at Apartment A101. About Nigel McPheat
I'm Nigel and I live in Bedfordshire (UK) with my wife Linda who I've been married to since 1980. Our two daughters, Claire (born in 1984) and Naomi (born in 1987) are both married...Claire to Rob and Naomi to Martin. Both daughters have flown the nest and we're fortunate enough to now have two grandchildren, twins Joel and Rose, who were both born to Claire & Rob in June 2015. Claire is now a full-time mum in Devon. Naomi is a primary school teacher in West Sussex.

Why Nigel McPheat chose Peyia
We purchased Apartment A101 in 2005 because of its position on the €5,000,000 Peyia Paradise development. The apartment has a large patio area that gets the sun all day and has a "fantastic" sea-view. However, if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can shelter under the large parasol. The 18m-long swimming pool, with shallow end for children, was completely refurbished in November 2015. The apartment is situated at the far end of the complex away from the pool so that you can enjoy peace and quiet. The development is very well managed and maintained by the Peyia Paradise Management Committee. The gardens are well-tended by one of the owners who lives on-site.
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment is located just 1.3 km from the centre of Peyia village and only 2.5 km from the nearest beach at Corallia Bay. There are well-stocked supermarkets within a five-minute drive of the apartment and there are a good number of bars and tavernas in the locality. Paphos Zoo and Coral Bay go-karting are both within a five-minute drive of the apartment. There is a golf-driving range within a ten-minute drive, from where it is possible to hire golf clubs, at very reasonable rates, so that you can play one, or more, of the four quality golf courses that are within a 30-minute drive of the apartment. 2018 will be the 13th consecutive year that holidaymakers have stayed at Apartment A101 at Peyia Paradise. We do not charge any extras. The price you pay includes electricity, air-con, Wi-Fi & IPTV.

Clean and tidy apartment. Has everything you need for a self catering holiday.
Really good sized rooms in the apartment and the terrace is fantastic. Great having chairs to take down to the pool which is also ample for a refreshing dip in the heat. Overall we had a great holiday, our legs soon got used to the surrounding hilly streets when walking to nearby restaurants! We would recommend hiring a car to venture further afield but the local taxi service from coral bay is good too.

Superb holiday in both weather and accommodation.
My wife, son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Peyia and have no negatives to say about Nigel’s apartment. Since the moment we booked it the owner, Nigel was very helpful in the information he provided.
The apartment was in a very picturesque complex with a huge balcony that had sun all day and amazing views to the sea.The apartment itself had everything in it to make it feel like home from home,even down to hot water bottles which we had to use on occasion as although weather was sunny and warm during the day being still March it did get cooler at night.
We especially appreciated the folding chairs for use at the seaside when we visited the nearby Corallia Beach which we would highly recommend a visit to being very picturesque.
We did hire a car at Paphos airport and felt that it helped in the overall enjoyment of our holiday giving us easy access to shopping in nearby Coral Bay where the Phillipos Supermarket was a pleasure to shop in having everything you need and much more and was amazing to browse around. Paphos was also only a 10 minute drive away and easy to get to. The Kings Shopping Mall is a must to visit both for shops and restaurants.
Overall I would highly recommend this apartment as it has everything you need for an amazing holiday. It is very well equipped with a stunning balcony and although having the advantage of being in a quieter location it is not far from Coral Bay and Paphos if you want to go out to cafe’s or restaurants.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with large verandah
The apartment had everything we needed. It had good views from the verandah, a short drive from the coast, 10 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant and 20 minutes walk to the village centre. There was everything we needed, including a full selection of TV channels, and Nigel's communications were prompt and gave us all the information we required. There was a heater which we used some evenings (in February). Good centre for the western end of the island and we enjoyed some good walks both in the hills and along the coast.

Great Location for Country Lovers
This apartment was recommended to us by friends who had already stayed there, and certainly lived up to and exceeded exceptions. Nigel provides full information of everything you need to know prior to arrival, and a folder in the apartment provides detailed instructions on operating all the equipment. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the best equipped of any we have stayed in . There is excellent T.V. coverage of all U.K. channels, plus Wi-Fi.
It has a lovely south facing balcony which is well furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers.
Would definitely recommend a car, although Coral Bay village is in walking distance and has a good selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. We liked to walk right down to and along the seashore on the quiet country roads, among fruit trees, banana plantations, etc.
We would certainly return, and would recommend.

Well equipped apartment large balcony gets sun all day. Nigel was very helpful with good communication via emails before we left. Slight problem when we arrived key safe number wasn't correct phoned Nigel was sorted in minutes. Apartment hadn't been serviced Nigel offered to get it done that day but we decided to wait till following day, cleaner came and done a great job. Nigel gave us a refund for the first night wasn't needed but appreciated. Will definitely be back.

The sandy beach at Corallia Bay is only 2.5 km away, which is less than a thirty-minute stroll or just a five-minute car ride.
Paphos Airport is only 30 km away.
The centre of Peyia village is only 1.3 km from the apartment. The village has supermarkets, bakers, butchers, bars, restaurants, fitness studio, medical centre, chemist, dentists, banks, police station, church and landscaped gardens with fountains.
To reach the nearest sandy beach, it's a pleasant 30-minute stroll past rolling fields and banana plantations. Alternatively, it's only a five-minute car ride away. Less 1.5km from the apartment is the village of Peyia where there are well-stocked shops, bars and tavernas. There is an even greater selection of shops, bars and tavernas in nearby Coral Bay, which is only a five-minute drive away. Local tourist attractions include Go-Karts and Paphos Zoo, which are both just a five-minute drive from the apartment.
Rates & Availability
Additional information about rental rates
If your holiday period covers two different weekly rates, please divide each weekly rate by seven to obtain the nightly rate and then multiply by the number of nights for each rental rate period. We have no fixed changeover day so you may arrive and depart on any day of the week. Arriving guests cannot normally access the apartment before 14:00. We ask guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 on their final day in order that the apartment can be prepared for the arrival of the next set of guests. Prices are based upon up to four persons. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The 75% balance becomes payable 60 days before the start of your holiday. For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
