A split-level 2 bed, 2 Bath apartment in a quiet & secure property in Central London. Close to Holbon tube station and a short walk to Covent Garden & the West End. Perfect for business & pleasure.

Our large 2 bed apartment is located in a converted period property in its own secluded court-yard right in the centre of London. The split level flat is light, bright and airy and perfect for families, friends or work colleagues.

This is my home when I am in London and I'm sure you'll love it too.

Holborn is a great central London location situated between the City of London and the West End. It's a very safe part of town and is popular with business travellers and tourists. It's the perfect spot from which to explore everything the city has to offer.

There are plenty of lovely neighbourhood shops and restaurants and you are also just a short walk from the world-famous Covent Garden, West End & Bloomsbury.

The apartment is also handily located for Great Ormond Street Hospital, The British Museum, London School of Economics (LSE) & the legal district around Lincoln's Inn.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from both Holborn and Chancery Lane underground stations on the Central Line. A train to Oxford Circus takes just 3 minutes.

Brilliant location

We had a great stay in London and being close to the tube made it easy to get around and go to plenty of different things. The local Sainsburys and Waitrose enabled us to pick up a few groceries. There is also a good choice of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The flat is well equipped, with everything we needed. It was great not to have to take towels. We found the beds to be quite hard and they are small doubles.

We would definitely recommend this flat.

Quiet and comfortable apartment in the centre of London

Very comfortable and attractive apartment near numerous points of interest. The British Museum, Covent Garden and the theatre district are all within walking distance. And so are two Underground stations giving easy access to the rest of London. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay there again

Our Holburn Home

We loved our trip to London and a huge part of our pleasure was coming in the door night & being able to simply make a cup of tea and relax in our own home. The communication between the owners and myself was excellent. Peter showed up as expected and couldn’t have been nicer or more patient when explaining the ins & outs of the flat. We would definately rent out the space again.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in London. It is very spacious, had everything we needed and was close to an underground stop that got us everywhere we wanted to go while on our vacation. Also, the property owners were very helpful, easy to work with and cared greatly about us having a nice stay. I would love to come back and stay again and would certainly recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely time in such a fun city.

Decent 4 night Stay in Holborn

Peter met us and showed us around 1 hour earlier than expected. He was very helpful with information and even bought us milk,OJ,Coffee and bread the first night so we could settle in.

Location was excellent and there were enough linens,pillows and blankets.Apartment was nice size and all amenities worked.Bedrooms were slightly smaller than expected but we easily survived! We would stay again if we ever make it back in the future.Thanks for your hospitality Peter and Mandy!

Wonderful week long stay!

I echo the comments of other reviews. This was a great apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, with all amenities you'd need to make a meal. We ate breakfast in almost every day. The bedrooms are small-ish, but fine. Lots of hanging space, less (or no) drawer space. I did find the bed hard, but actually slept extremely well. And my husband and I had no trouble with the size of it, even though it was smaller than our king at home.

There are no plugs in the bathroom (as others have noted), but I've learned that's British law! As I mentioned to Mandy, a mirror in the loft hallway would be very helpful for drying hair, getting dressed, etc.

Having two levels just makes it so spacious. The living room area is cozy and comfortable. The dining room table is so nice to have. And two bathrooms for the 3 of us was a true luxury that we LOVED. The location was perfect for us. 7 min walk to either Holborn or Chancery Lane Tube stops, but also very near a lot of bus lines. Easy walk to Covent Garden or Tottenham Court Rd. We were very happy with the location for getting around the city and for visiting friends and family farther out.

The apartment is wonderfully quiet, a huge and unusual find in central London. Also unusual to have a lift. It's clean and in very good repair.

Communication with Mandy and Jo, and with Peter, who let us in, was easy and quick. (I do wish we could have had a little leeway with check-in and checkout times, but I understand that it's not possible if the apartment is in constant use). I have stayed in numerous apartments in London over the years. This is the very first that I would definitely stay in again!
