The Nouveau Delaney Apartment is a split-level apartment on the second floor of one of the magnificent Regency buildings towards the end of the Old Steine as you walk towards the pier. It is comprised of a large open-plan kitchen/lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment benefits from Virgin TV and two Wifi channels. Local shopping and eating establishments are everywhere - you'll be spoiled for choice!

Notes on accommodation: NOT SUITABLE FOR ROWDY GROUPS. There is no outside space with this apartment so unfortunately we cannot accept smokers. No pets allowed. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen/Towels/toiletries included - like a hotel. For stays longer than one week, a linen change and light clean is performed on a weekly basis.

Sunny Brighton

A perfect spot for a weekend away. This apartment is just steps from the pier, the lanes and the Pavilion. We spent a very sunny but cold weekend here - had a blast - ambling around the lanes, walking on the seafront, drinking cocktails and participating in the drawing workshop. The flat is well equipped with everything you could want, we cooked both nights, it has comfy beds and sofas and is warm and cosy. I would highly recommend it. Nathan was helpful with unloading and parking advice (which is the only drawback) but you can walk everywhere.

Nice flat - loud nightclub!

The flat itself was perfectly position for exploring all that Brighton has offer. In all of the t's & c's it makes great reference to not being too loud in the flat which is a very fair comment. Sadly, it did not make reference to the proximity to the nightclub. Forewarned is forearmed & we would have known what to expect.

On the plus side the flat was great!

Owner's Response: Dear Matt, very sorry about the noise from the club. I wasn't aware you could hear it in the flat so it's not a bother normally. The location of the flat is very central and mostly this is what holiday-makers are looking for. With this, you inevitably get extra noise at weekends from clubs, bars and party-goers. Moderne, gut gepflegte Wohnung im Herzen von Brighton - ideal auch mit Kindern

Nicht nur die perfekte, persönliche Betreuung vor Ort, sondern auch der gute Zustand der Wohnung haben unseren Urlaub in Brighton und Umgebung zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht!

Die Wohnung ist zentral und dadurch nicht nur verkehrsmäßig, sondern auch für Unternehmungen günstig gelegen. Obwohl eine belebte Straße vor der Haustüre vorbeiführt, sind die Schlafzimmer im hinteren Teil der Wohnung ruhig, da sie durch 2 solide Türen vom Wohnbereich getrennt sind.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung (inkl. Handtücher und Bettwäsche) ist ebenfalls gut. Desweiteren gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sofort "um die Ecke" (Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Starbucks, Belgian Chips, Very Italian Pizza etc...).

Wir können dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen!

It's just across the road from the seaside.


The apartment is right in the heart of Brighton by the Palace Pier, therefore most town centre activities are easy to walk to. The Marina is about 2km away but easy access by bus (walking takes about 40m). The Brighton Pavilion is visible from the apartment so is also in easy walking distance as is the Dome and Corn Exchange.

Further Details:

The nearest supermarket is Sainsbury's, just a few paces away. This is a smaller Sainsbury's so is expensive and doesn't have much of a selection. It also has no liquor license. So best to shop at Morrisons on St James' Street which is only about a three-minute walk. Nearest cash point is Sainsbury's or Royal Bank of Scotland across the road.
