This luxurious apartment is situated on the top floor of the block with direct gated access to the promenade. It has uninterrupted views over the garden pool to the beach and coastline in each direction. The terrace has 4 loungers for secluded sun batheing. It is fully equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The apartment has its own wifi system which allows for all the internet use except for data streaming. There is underground parking and the apartment complex has 24 hour security. The apartment block also opens directly on to the marina where there are numerous bars restaurants and small shops/supermarkets. For golfers there are many courses within a 10 mile drive.

Why Robert Fulker chose Manilva

My wife and I bought the apartment in 2004. After looking at several properties along the coast, we were delighted to find Puerto de la Duquesa. It offered all we were looking for, a location with atmosphere, right by the sea and no need to use the car unless we wanted to. There are a host of bars and restaurants around the marina immediately outside the door of the community building. At first our lovely holiday home was used only by our family and friends, then four years ago we started renting it out through local agents but on advice from friends we have now decided to use Owners Direct.

What makes this apartment unique

The location has a lot to offer. It can be reached from Malaga or Gibraltar airports. It benefits from being a short car journey to Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella in one direction and Sotogrande and Gibraltar the other way along the coastal road. If you like playing golf, there are many attractive courses within a ten mile drive.

Meget bra leilighet med flott beliggenhet

Tilbrakte 14 dager i denne vel utstyrte leiligheten i Marina Real. Pen leilighet med en flott beliggenhet rett ved strandpromenaden.

Leiligheten var meget bra utstyrt med alt som trengtes av utstyr . Pent kjøkkenutstyr av både kopper, bestikk og glass . Vi fra Norge som bruker kaffetrakter, savnet dette.

Eget Internett i leiligheten.

The beach is situated within 20 metres of the garden gate of the complex immediately the other side of the promenade


The nearest airport is Gibralta which is 20 minutes by car, Malaga is about a 55 minute drive and Jerez is about 80 minutes. It is recommended to hire a car for your stay but is not essential. Once in the port you can walk everywhere safely


The apartment building opens directly on to the marina where there are many bars and restaurants to choose from or a 10 minute walk away is Sabinillas a typical Spanish town which offers more bars and restaurants together with shops and supermarkets. In the opposite direction a 5 minute walk takes you Castillio which is a small modernised fishing community offering a number of Spanish restaurants.
