The cottage was beautifully prepared with festive greenery which was very much appreciated.
Warm welcome, immaculate property, serene surroundings
We booked Little Barn at very short notice, leaving Helen with less than 24hours to prepare for our stay. But this did not in any way impede on the superb quality of our short break. Her communication and instructions for checking in were promptly received and exact. We were greeted with genuine warmth on arrival and shown the essentials of the property, so we could settle straight in. The inside is full of charm and character, as well as immaculately clean. With plenty of books, board games and dvd's, to make rainy evenings lazy and snug. Outside was faultless. Beautifully kept grounds with lots of interest and wildlife and plenty of maps to borrow for heading out further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights, would definitely recommend and would return without hesitation, when visiting the area again. Thank you so much for the most tranquil stay.

What a lovely cottage, and a peaceful setting. Everything you need for a break away from everyday life. The log burner was a treat with plenty of logs, tea and coffee ready for when you arrive. Helen was there to greet me and show me around, plenty of maps and information about the area. Quite central for exploring Cornwall. A real gem - I will be returning :)

Both the barn itself and the location were superb, we would definitely recommend for a fantastic relaxing stay. Friendly, helpful hosts who have gone the extra mile to ensure every comfort is close at hand, -nothing is too much trouble -a little slice of paradise !!
