About Alison & Andrew Nicklen

Creathorne has been my husbands family farm for 3 generations. We farm free range chickens and sheep.

We also run a small caravan club certified location site situated on the farm.

The Granary was our family home from 2000 when it was first converted until early 2011 when we moved into the main farmhouse where we now live with our 4 children.

What makes this barn unique

Creathorne Farm is just a short distance from the fantastic beaches at Widemouth bay, a 20 minute walk or a few minutes in the car, or 3 miles from Bude and it's beaches.

Both Barns have large enclosed child friendly gardens, with BBQ's and seating. Plenty of room for the kids to run freely, enjoy a game, or relax in the sun.

The area has many sporting opportunities with fishing and golfing and numerous water sport activities to name but a few.

The Olde Byre sleeps 6+cot (3x ensuite bedrooms)
average rating of 5.0 based on 1 reviews

In one word....excellent

  • 5 of 5

Five of us rented the Old Byre for a long weekend. The property was immaculate, could not fault it. Everything we needed was there. The owners introduce ducked themselves and told us where they were if we needed anything then left us to enjoy ourselves. The lemon drizzle cake which was left for our arrival was very welcome (and very good).
