Hill Green is set in a beautiful location only a short walk from Woolacombe Bay and its famous three mile Blue Flag sandy beach. While only a ten minute walk from the sea, the house is situated within secluded and private gardens of about an acre making Hill Green a wonderful place to have a relaxing family holiday. The house and gardens benefit from magnificent views of both the sea and surrounding countryside. This lovely detached house comprises four bedrooms, all en-suite, a newly fitted kitchen with dining space and three reception rooms.

Utility Room: Utility room is off the kitchen and has a washing machine, large fridge freezer and microwave. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. Extra sets provided if staying longer than a week. Other: There are two other reception rooms; a second sitting room that can double up as a play room with a cupboard full of toys and games! There is also a dining room with a table and chairs opposite the kitchen.

The house was great, about 15 mins walk uphill from the beach. Great location with views of sea and stormy hillsides.

Lovely property, situated close to the beach. Breath taking views of the sea and hills.

The house is well maintained and tastefully furnished.

Good collection of DVD's and Wii games in case of bad weather.

They supplied us with plenty of clean towels and bed linen.

Plates and cutlery are of high quality and the Cooking range is excellent.

Definitely would recommend this and would come back again.

The listing was accurate regarding all amenities and layout of the property. Property was very clean and well maintained and a nice welcome package from the owners. Outstanding customer service with more than enough clean towels for all occupants. Excellent level of amenities and even the small things like kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets and hand soap.

Excellent customer service and prompt response from the owners.

Woolacombe is a nice, old style holiday resort and within easy driving of Ilfracombe. I would very much recommend this property to family and friends.

Lovely house with beautiful views-very comfortable and well appointed.

We had a great stay in June .The party was 5 adults but plenty of room for more. Garden is delightful and we enjoyed sun-downers in the tree house.

Very good position at the top of the hill into Woolacombe with good walks around and a lovely walk down to the village on the footpath.

House is very well equipped for both children and adults and felt very welcoming. Would recommend and plan to return.

20 minute drive to Croyde beach.


Use of car is recommended.

Nearest Train station is Barnstaple - 25 minute drive (9miles).

Nearest Airport - Cardiff (41 miles), Exeter (46 miles).

Woolacombe has a host of shops and restaurants.
