About Clare Phillips

My husband and I have 2 children. We decided to buy a holiday home 14 years ago. After searching for a long time we discovered Dartmouth and knew we had found our perfect location. The scenery and historical buildings are beautiful and there are so many stunning walks, beaches and hidden coves .

Guestbook comments from the owner

Just a quick note to say how much we loved the weekend and house. The kids were beside themselves with stairs, the bunk beds and being able to hear the music festival from the house. It was the first time we have been down to Dartmouth (my brother is seconded to BRNC at the moment from the Royal Marines) and we loved it and will be back in September I think for a less last minute decision to go down. The weather was absolutely fab and both boys just had so much fun on steam trains, boats, beaches and all washed down with lashings of ice-cream. Little boy heaven. The house was perfect, and ideally located.

Thank you for having us at such late notice and we will be in touch for another séjour, and I think mum and dad will be in touch independently to see if they can book something too.

Thank you again,
