Villa in Vale do Lobo, Algarve, Portugal - A Popular Location, 10 Minutes Walk To The Beach And Located Between Famous Golf Courses

This villa located in the Golden Triangle has been designed, created by its present owner (a building engineer and constructor), with outdoor living in mind. One of a kind where you feel at home as soon as you enter it. With its open-plan layout there is a great feeling of spaciousness. The villa has large glazed windows from floor to ceiling opening out to the large covered terrace (30m2) which can be closed by curtaining. The South-facing secluded garden with ideal sun exposure has one big umbrella parasol and one butterfly parasol (12m2) near the swimming pool for seating and dining areas and has been furnished to an extremely high standard including 8 sunbeds. The villa also has WiFi and internet service and a multichannel TV with Sky plus including all sports. For the wine lovers there is a two temperature controlled wine cabinet. For outside home cooking is a mobile gas BBQ (Weber) included. For children are toys available. The maintenance-friendly garden offers a large degree of privacy. Located near the beaches and famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Pinheiros Altos and Vila Sol. A short drive to Quinta shopping, with shops, bars and exclusive restaurants and the supermarket Apolonia with a large international products. Also you can buy your groceries on line and it will be delivered at the villa. The house manager is available for all your questions. Laundry can be provided. We do not ask for a damage depositor because the experience we have with our guests tells us that this is not necessary.

About us,

We are an active retired couple and live about 8 months a year in the Algarve. We chose the South of Portugal because of the clean air, the sun, the beautiful beaches and of course the golf because we are real golf fanatics. On the billboards along the road you see the slogan: “ I was not born here, but its where I belong” and that is how we feel about the Algarve. The villa is children friendly.

In the summer months we travel a lot and stay in Amsterdam for concerts ,the nightlife etc. Of course we also enjoy to see our family and friends there.

Why Harry Evers chose Almancil area

We have consciously built our house in a small resort equidistant between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, so we can use both facilities of the resorts such as shops, bars, nightclubs and of course the golf courses without bothering to the sounds of party-goers.

Also for children there are several attractions in the immediate vicinity. In the home manual you will find all the necessary information so that you can easily create your plans.

we have IPTV with broadcast from NL, BE, UK, Ireland, Sweden, Portugal, France and Germany.

This villa we rent out for 4 years now and most of our guests are returning guests.

What makes this villa unique

We live for 10 years in our self-designed home that has been built on luxury and comfort and not specific has been furnished for renting purposes but on permanent residence. By the comfort you are not a guest but an owner who feels at home. The enclosed garden gives 100% privacy and it is peaceful and quiet.

The villa has a large terrace and the swimming pool is located on the South. All this explains that the price is in the top segment.

Outside: Beautiful landscaped garden with a raise bed herb garden for your use. Large covered (heated) terrace with seating and dining areas overlooking the pool, heated by suncollectors. Sunbathing can be achieved around the pool. On the balcony upstairs is an infra-red sauna suitable for 4 persons. Utility Room: The Utility Room is equipped with: Wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Shelf for storage. Iron board and iron. Additional electric heated boiler and water softener. A safe for valuables. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Beach towels,towels and linen are included in the service. Linen is changed once per week and towels twice per week. Cleaning service provided once a week. Other: Second storage room/wardrobe 7m2. Shelf for shoes, suitcases etc. All rooms have floorheating. The fireplace can be used for extra air-heating.(16 KVA)

A superb Villa, perfect for families with all the

We stayed for two weeks this summer, upon arrival we were taken aback with how spacious the Villa was and the attention to detail the owner had gone to in ensuring all our needs were covered. The pool area and outside dining area were great and we spent most our evenings out there with the BBQ. It's location is perfect for the beach, the shopping centre and an easy journey down to the Praca~. I would highly recommend the villa and will be definitely be looking to return next year.

A home not a Villa!

This was a wonderful week in Portugal with a fabulous villa. It’s not a holiday villa, but a home, well furnished and plenty of features. The villa is situated in a quiet area so a car is essential if you want to get to the beach or shops. The pool is heated and the deck area is large with tasteful lighting. We would recommend this villa. For a special evening go to the Gourmet Natural restaurant and the Aqua show Water Park is really cool.
