We bought this property as a family holiday home after holidaying here. We fell in love with North Cyprus laid back charm beauty and endless beaches, our family have made many lifelong friends around the pool. Many of our friends have used the apartment,who love it as much as we do so we have decided after 4 years to finally start renting it out as well. it has been a home from home and we hope once you have stayed you will love it as much as us.

Our home is on the coast with a lovely backdrop of the mountains. its in the countryside with a short drive to local shops and restaurants and a 30 minute drive to the main Kyrenia Town or Famagusta. We love the tranquillity peace and quiet and he friendliness of the locals.

Just returned after three wonderfull weeks at Sweetwater Bay. The apartment has everything you need for both short and long term stays.
The owner has been trusting as well as service-minded. Wi-Fi was out of order at arrival, but problem solved within hours!! Very nice neigbours and green areas as well as pool area are very well kept.

The apartment has everything that you require for a relaxing holiday, being well equipped for self catering, and very comfortable for spending time in. Having three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The facilities on the complex are of a high standard, all public areas are clean and the gardens are maintained beautifully. The owner was helpful and professional to deal with making the booking experience easy. It is within easy access of local supermarkets and restaurants but a car is essential, although the bar has recently opened up on the complex and they should now be serving food.
We just spent a lovely weekend at Tatlisu - the apartment is spacious, modern and clean and set in a quiet holiday village with views of the mountains and the sea. Short drives in either direction take you through beautiful scenery to gently-sloping, golden-sanded, clear-watered beaches. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Heaven for a relaxing weekend away with the family.

The area is quiet if you like doing nothing but close enough by car to lots of restaurant s and great days out.The owner could not be more helpful and everything is just as represented in his details.I would recommend this villa and area to family and friends and not hesitate to go again.
We stayed in this property for two fantastic week,s. We found the property to be both spacious and well equipped although We did find the mattresses to be a bit firm, but did not stop us sleeping. The complex was really well maintained and clean. Only small problem was the onsite bar was closed although probably saved me a few pounds . I would not hesitate in recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return again in the future.

The perfect place to stay if you want to explore the many sights of Northern Cyprus
There are many beaches around Northern Cyprus and these are all easily accessible by car. The complex has its own private shingle beach which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. Alagadi Beach (where turtles hatch each year) is approximately 20 mins drive away. For a small fee you can spend the day at the 5* Acapulco Hotel which boasts its own private beach and water park. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas both on the beach and around the pool area. This is a day out not to be missed.
Ercan airport is approximately 30 mins drive from the apartment. Larnaca is a little further at 1hr 15 mins. Transfers can be arranged and these are usually booked at the same time as car hire. All flights to Ercan stop at Turkey and usually consist of an additional internal flight. A car is essential if you wish to explore the many sights of Northern Cyprus.
Tatlisu village is a 5 min drive from the complex. Esentepe is approximately 15 mins drive away. 30 mins drive will take you to Lefkosa and Kyrenia which has a wonderful harbour, castle and boat rides. One hour's drive and you will be at Gazamagusa (Famagusta). Bellapais Abbey and St Hilarion Castle are also approximately 30 mins drive away. Kantara Castle which is 30 mins away has spectacular views across Northern Cyprus and should not be missed.
There is a supermarket within 5 mins of the complex which stocks essential items. The bigger supermarkets are on the main road into Kyrenia and are approximately 25 mins drive away. This is also where the main banks are. There are many restaurants within a 10 min drive of the apartment serving many International cuisines. Kyrenia has many restaurants which are open until late in the evening. We regularly enjoy a meal down at the harbour.

A deposit of 25% will be required upon booking. The balance will be due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. A bond of £150 to cover breakages will also be payable with the balance of your holiday. The bond will be repaid once your holiday has finished and the apartment has been inspected.

Notes on prices:
Cost is between £250 and £300 per week dependent on time of year and this includes an allowance for electricity of 200 units per week. Should your electricity exceed this allowance an additional charge will be made of 0.50TL per unit and deducted from the bond at the end of your holiday.
