In the outdoor terraces you will find a huge dining table with 10 chairs, a barbecue movable, sunbed for each customer, with garden, a private pool and supplies air-conditioning in the bedrooms and WiFi.

Hi, I'm José Cortés, owner of Villa Montecarlo and I have had the luck to be born and to live in the splendid land of Costa del Sol. I’m always working to give all my guests a pleasing house so they can enjoy their vacation.

What makes this villa unique

Villa Montecarlo is the perfect place for families seeking relaxation, is located just five minutes' walk from the beach.

Golf lovers will find some golf courses near the villa.

This wonderful holiday villa is distribute over three floors, the ground floor consists of a cloakroom and a spacious lounge with access to a paved terrace, the garden and pool with garden furniture for alfresco dining. Off the lounge is the large dining room and the kitchen. There is also a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room, with aids for the disabled. A utility room that has a door that opens to the side paved garden. Upstairs comprises of two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite shower and the other has an en suite bathroom. The double bedroom is also on this floor and comes with an en suite bathroom. On the lower floor is another twin bedroom which has a bathroom adjacent. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned/heated.

Outside, the covered and paved terrace with its garden furniture and the salt water swimming pool area, invite you to relax and enjoy this villa.

Lovely villa, well presented, perfect for a group holiday!

On arrival Jose greeted us, and was very thorough with all the information. And he was sweet to leave us a table full of goodies to get us started. It was chucking it down when we arrived so he offered to take us to the supermarket in his car to get our shopping in, which we gratefully accepted!

The villa was nice and clean, and very well presented. Everything we needed it had, even down to dishwasher tablets! The only thing it it needs is another oven tray, trying to cook 4 pizzas and chips was a struggle! And the smoke alarm in the kitchen was really sensitive. The rooms are nice and spacious, although we didn't care for the room below ground as it felt a bit lonely and out of the way but that's just personal choice. Great location, nice and quiet in the evenings, and easy walking distance to the promenade and town centre shops and restaurants in San Pedro. The taxi's were a little bit of a pain, there were issues calling them to the villa, I asked for 2, they sent 1 etc, and when getting a taxi to return to the villa the drivers didn't seem to have any clue where it was and we had to guide them ourselves using google maps!

Overall, excellent stay, would come again, and well worth the cost!

Fantastic villa with everything you need ( except a hair dryer )

The experiance was good even before we arrived as Jose the owner kept in touch and asked to be updated on our arrival time so he could meet us at the villa, which he did and nothing was a problem to him, showing ten adults around the place all with their own important qustions!!

I have stayed in lots of villas and never had a welcome pack like this one, won't tell you what was in it leave as a suprise.

San Pedro has some realy nice bars and restuarants check out el Marques run by a couple of Dutch guys the atmosphere and the food was great.

Remember you are only a shorth taxi from Puerto Banus and Marbella, we walked along the promenade to puerto and back a round trip of 6 miles of course stopped off for a little tapas or it's a 15 minute drive to Benahavis with over fifty restuarants you must try and dine at Amanhavis which is a small hotel with the most amasing food ( with a twist ) We had the fish stew it was just fantastic. There are only 9 bedrooms but it's open to non residence the afternoon tea there is worth a try too ( a very unique place well worth a visit we only poped in for a beer but after talking to other guests decided to eat so glad we did )

We have stayed in Mabella a few time now and although we had the worst weather in 40 years on the Saturday while visiting Ronda ( about 47K away ) it didn't spoil another fantastic time with our fab friends in a realy friendly place

Outstanding!!!

Me and 8 others rented out the villa for 3 nights, first impressions are a wow factor, the place is breath taking, full of charm and has everything you need, the location was perfect, we all keep raving about the place and can't wait to return for a reunion hopefully next year. Jose is the perfect host and has everything organised and in place ready for the perfect getaway...thank you so much :)

Amazing

This villa is breathtaking. One of the best trips we've had, incredibly easy to organise with perfect info and the villa was truly stunning. It's in a great location, only a few mins walk to the beach and easy to get to the supermarket etc. The villa is large, with beautifully appointed rooms and equipped with everything you need. We were surprised how well equipped the kitchen was, as this is not always the case with rental houses. Dealing with the owner was great and he was very helpful with info on the area, transfers etc. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and I really hope we get the chance to go back.

The beaches of the area of San Pedro de Alcantara are clean and in good condition. They also provide exterior showers, slides and swings for the small ones of the family and first aid if needed. There are many beach bars along the promenade.

Travel:

Transport varies from taxis which can be called to the door of your property to buses which run regularly even late at night. The villa is located between two main airports. Malaga Airport or the Gibraltar Airport, both are approximately 45 minutes drive away.

Malaga is served by many low cost airlines from the UK and airports, with a range of low cost options, including Thomsonfly, Jet2, BMI Baby, Easyjet and Mytravel Lite. It is also served by charter airlines.
