This beautiful family home has a completely private garden with a heated pool and breathtaking views of the Cortez Bridge on the Intracoastal highway. A spacious open plan house with living room plus family room with a pool table & dart board. Enjoy your morning coffee poolside while watching the dolphins and abundant bird life. The Master suite is located on the second floor with sun deck, king size bed, bath and large twin shower. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are also on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area with a queen bed and two twin beds and bathroom with bath/shower. Fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Living room has cable tv, DVD player and music system. Free wireless Internet. Local Golf courses & Tennis courts available. Local nature reserves & beach walks. Accommodates up to 8 people. Our family had a wonderful stay from start to our very sad departure.Location is perfect.Breakfast looking out over the water every morning.2 mins walk to the beach for the sunset and local restaurants easy walk also. Our 5th holiday in this area,this has to be the best for location and amenities.The house contains everything you could want for,including the Pool table which was used most days.Very clean.We have booked for next year,cannot wait !!

One of our best vacations! This home and its location and Anna Maria Island are wonderful.
There were eight of us (4 sisters and their husbands) and lots of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the there were plenty of towels and linens. Having the garage for our bikes and an extra fridge was an added bonus.
Sitting by the pool and looking out onto Palma Soma Bay was fantastic. We saw some dolphins a few times and a manatee once.
The house had everything you could possibly want. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking your own meals and we used the charcoal barbecue frequently. The nights we didn't eat in, we went to one of the many great and laid back restaurants on the island or just over the bridge to the mainland. Mr. Bones, just a couple of blocks north was one of our favorites. The ribs are delicious and take out is quick and easy if you want to come back to the house and sit out on the patio and eat.
Caroline and Colin were a pleasure to deal with. There was one small issue with the pool filter it was fixed in a matter of hours. Other than that everything was great and the house is exactly how it is pictured and described.

We have just returned from our first stay on Anna Maria Island and would certainly recommend it despite our mixed weather!The property location was ideal being only a short walk to the trolley stop and Holmes Beach with Publix Supermarket a short drive away. The villa fronted the waters edge with great views across the bay with an abundance of sea birds and the occassional dolphin to observe.The Villa itself is well equipped with all the home comforts, including a pool table! Would have no hesitation in returning. The owners were particularly helpful and addressed a small repair promptly to the property during our stay.
We have been to Anna Maria Island and stayed in many properties over the years , but this was the best yet. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our holiday. The location is perfect as the Intercoastal is at the bottom of the garden and we did see Dolphins every day. The beach is a 5 minute stroll in the other direction, also handy for Publix and our favourite beach restaurants. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. Hope to go back soon.
We stayed in the beautiful home in April (2014) having rented many homes in Anna Maria Island, Marco island and the gulf costal area this has been a favourite and hope to return soon. Everything was made easy from booking to arriving, the home is spotless and location simply stunning!
We would not hesitate to recommend, everything you need is at the house down to the last detail in the kitchen! If your not eating at one of Anna Maria Islands fabulous beach restaurants then BBQ at your own pool overlooking the amazing open water view is just heaven. Not to meant ion the view from the master suite! Waking up every morning to look over what can only be described as a natural infinity pool was just beautiful.

It is a few minutes walk to a quiet beach, with beautiful white sand.
Sarasota airport is 30 minutes by car.
Tampa airport is 1 hour by car and has a direct, daily flight from Gatwick. Orlando airport is 2 hours by car.
The Island Stores are a 10 minute walk, with a supermarket, chemist and gift shops. There are many shops and restaurants on the Island within a 10 minute drive. The free trolley bus takes runs all day and into the evening, from one end of the Island to the other.
There is varied shopping available; an outlet mall is located within 30 minutes drive, fashionable shopping district with restaurants within 20 minutes drive and a very large mall at Tampa, which is 1 hour by car.

We are restricted due to regulations in our part of the island to a minimum of 14 night rentals.
Changeover days are Saturdays but we can be flexible depending on availability.
Notes on prices:
Sales & Resort Taxes (currently 11.5%) will be applied to the weekly rates quoted above.
A standard cleaning fee of £90.00 will be added to the cost of renting the property. This will be carried out after your departure.
