Everything about the stay was just right, all equipment in the lodge was good quality well labelled and easy to operate and understand. From Booking, to opening the front door. the whole experience was flawless, I will recommend to anyone, facilities on site were all clean and tidy the staff up at the main hall friendly and helpful we had a good evening up at the local with live music, and walks along the coast even storm Brian didn't slow us down.we look forward to coming back again with a few more members of the family next time.

Fantastic holiday Lodge

  • 5 of 5

The lodge is in a delightful situation with uninterrupted views down the Coombe to the sea.

Beautifully furnished and very well equipped.

In depth information of places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

The beaches and coastal walks are some of the best in the UK.

I highly recommend this Property.

Home comforts with an amazing view

  • 4 of 5

A well maintained clean property with everything you could need (even bodyboards and a bucket and spade!). We really enjoyed our stay at Combe view and got some amazing sunset pictures. An ideal quiet get away which is close to Bude. The only downside for us was no wifi at the chalet (although there is wifi at the reception area) and having to feed the electric meter. However we would not hesitate to come back and recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Penstowe and the accommodation was excellent. The lodge was airy, very, clean, impeccably presented and had every convenience we could hope for, making our stay very comfortable and we immediately felt at home.

The position of the lodge is not overlooked and, with unimpinged views across countryside and out to the sea, it really did feel like our own little beauty spot.

Penstowe itself offered a variety of services to ensure we could stay local when required, but with so many good beaches, villages, pubs and days out for the family, it is perfectly positioned to use as a base to which we could retreat in comfort come the end of the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again next year.

Keep up the good work :0)
