Leven House is a four-bedroom detached house with great mountain and loch views. It has a secluded back garden with a beautiful slate-lined, mountain stream running through it. At the front on the ground floor is a large, comfy living room with wood-burning stove and separate open plan sun lounge, hall and dining room with door to South-facing deck. At the rear is a large, modern kitchen and utility, bathroom with shower and twin bedroom. Up the stairs are two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, bathroom and shower room. The house makes a great base for day trips walking, cycling or driving around the Glencoe area, south towards Oban, North to Fort William and the Great Glen and West on the Corran Ferry to the Ardnamurchan peninsula. If you don't want to go too far you can stroll 10 minutes to the pebbly beach on the shore of Loch Linnhe or just relax in the garden, read books, play table football or board games or even watch tv.

About Mike Forster
Dad in family of five. Family all enjoy outdoor activities.
Mike Forster purchased this House in 2009
Why Mike Forster chose Ft William
Close enough to reach on a Friday night from Edinburgh but feels great when you wake up in the morning and look at the hills and the sea.
What makes this House unique
The house is big enough to share with another family or with one or both sets of grandparents. The back garden and the stream give the children a good place to play when we are just relaxing at the house.

Beautiful Accomdation and Great Area
We had a fab time in Loch Leven House. The house has everything plus more that we needed. Our 2 year old Son loved the garden and all the toys available in the house. Beautiful location and views from the house were simply breath taking
We will definitely be back one day
Thanks- highly recommended
Lots of space, very comfortable, well equipped, and a great location.
This was our second stay here. We (a party of 8) had a very enjoyable week hiking in and around Glencoe. Our enjoyment was greatly enhanced by relaxing, self-catering and sleeping in this delightful house.
A great place to stay
Comfy, well equipped, fabulous views, plenty of games, books etc within easy walking distance of nice hotel bar and A82 can recommend both the Loch Leven hotel and the Ballachulish hotel for food.Had a regular visitor of a small doe in the garden. Great stay.
Lovely spacious house
Had a great time staying here, have been to a few places in this area of scotland over the last couple of years and this was by far the best place!
Very spacious, stunning views, excellent location, very well-equipped kitchen, table tennis is great....
A few gripes as usual with holiday homes; the logburner didn't seem to function properly and the duvet on my bed (other guests didn't have the same problem) was too thin...but these were minor issues for us and I would definitely recommend this place!
Great place to stay if exploring the West coast of Scotland. Nice and quiet and a great outlook. Plenty to see, all you need is a plan. If you are into walking you have found paradise. Literally miles of trails and if gazing at mountains is your scene, well, it doesn't get any better.
Magnificent views comfortable and clean house, I would highly recommend Leven house to others.
Lots to see and do around, North Ballachuilish. Leven house is situated in beautiful surroundings and is a very spacious and comfortable place to stay.
