About Scott

As a family, we served over 20 years in the Navy. Scott flew F/A-18's deploying 5 times supporting global operations and had the privilege of flying one tour with the US Navy Blue Angels. We moved 14 times in 20 years and understand the joy of a quality home.

Scott purchased this townhome in 2015

Why Scott chose Historic District

We purchased this property after staying in it during USNA Induction Day 2015. We fell in the love with the home and all of the wonderful aspects of historic Annapolis.

What makes this townhome unique

After purchasing the home we updated the kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, freshly painted throughout, and refinished the 100 year old hardwood floors. The home's location is perfect for any visitor to Annapolis, whether your travels bring you for a romantic weekend, a family reunion, or one for USNA festivities. The location is hard to beat. It is steps away from all the activity, be it downtown or on the Yard. We fell in love it and we know you will too. We look forward to having you as our guest.

PERFECT RENTAL CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

  • 5 of 5

Our family of four was in town for a long holiday weekend recently and this location was absolutely perfect for all that we wanted to do in Annapolis. This property was exactly as advertised and so loved the proximity to everything especially walking to our friend’s home and our favorite restaurants.

Historical charm with all the modern amenities and comforts: keyless entry made coming & going a breeze, well stocked kitchen especially loved the coffee station, bathrooms were bright and modern with quality towels, the beds were very comfy and cozy, the “boys” loved the giant TV for all their sports watching, charcoal grill was a must-have, dining table was perfect for our meals and daily Pinnacle games, and particularly loved the décor since we have a Midshipmen at the Naval Academy – GO NAVY!

Scott and Lisa were very responsive to all our questions and were incredibly accommodating with our very last minute request to check in early – thank you both for everything!

We hope to never stay in another hotel during our trips to Annapolis again, but worry that the “word is out” on their property and it will be booking up fast. We will be back in the spring and many more weekends to come until commissioning week 2020!

Thanks again!

Annapolis visit and Halloween Concert at Naval Academy - October, 2017

  • 5 of 5

It is rare that you find a property to be all advertised to be and more, but this property is PERFECT! The entire process was professional, friendly, and easy. The owners had secured parking passes for our stay, which is a must in Historic Annapolis. We were in the "heart" of historic Annapolis, close to all venues, events, and great restaurants. We were safe, and property was quiet although being in the hub bub of activity. We walked 100 paces and we were at the gate entrance of the Naval Academy, and in the shadow of the Chapel. Straight up the street for about four blocks we entered into the world of George Washington in the Maryland State House, and more historic sites than we could fit into a three-day week-end. The condo has been preserved on the exterior, and provides a lovely private garden/patio area. The coffee station was superb!! The bathrooms were outstanding in design and material, and, the beds were very comfortable. The keyless entry was especially nice for two ladies traveling alone. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to rent this property, and hope to do so again in the future! Do not pay the prices of a hotel, when you can have your private paradise! Lovely stay, excellent location!

  • 5 of 5

We stumbled upon this gem in Annapolis--it's the perfect location if you want to walk to the yard or DTA. Enough room for 2-3 couples to share or families needing multiple rooms.

The owner/hosts are very thoughtful; they even had extra toiletries set aside and sunscreen available! And the communication with the host was very easy and welcoming.

The house itself is charming and you'll especially enjoy it if you happen to be a Blue Angels fan :) Bottom line: if you are coming for any visit associated with the Academy, this home will only add to the good memories you will make that weekend!

Wonderful Experience

We had three couples and one single stay here for a wedding weekend. The house was perfect. Enough room for all of us, but also allowed us privacy. I will be using this house again when we return.
