Complete with fully enclosed private garden with easy access to the large overflow pool and surrounding lush gardens. The property is perfect for families or couples and offers spacious open plan accommodation with separate kitchen. There are patio doors leading from the lounge onto the enclosed patio, perfect for al fresco dining. The main bedroom has patio doors leading onto an enclosed balcony. Tavernas, bars and supermarket are all on the Tomb of the Kings road only a short walk away as is the bus stop with regular service down to Paphos harbour, Old Town, Coral Bay and water park.
Hi I live in England with my 5 children have a full time job. I have owned this house from new, my children and I love coming here. Have got to know lots of families that come every year. I feel very safe here and always have a great time, have also had a few holidays with my friends here too. I have a couple that live close by that looks after the house for me. If their is any problems or you need to ask about anything they can help.

Wow, this is close to my dream home, love the place, it was very clean, decorated really lovely with everything you need.
Lovely location with a little bar just a stone throw away, which done some really great food and the people running the bar and the ex pats so friendly.
The house has air conditioning, w/m all the items you have in your own home. So lovely and Sharon has some really lovely homely touches to the house. Wish my bedroom back home was like her double room.
Lidl supermarket 5 min walk away, you can capture some stunning sunsets by the sea if you walk less than two mins away, bus stop around the corner.
Sharon the owner was so lovely to deal with, as we have family that live on the complex (just a walk over from the pool) we will definitely
be hoping to rent from Sharon again.
I stay at the property twice a year, the house has everything you need. Great sunsets on the patio. A 10 minute walk to some lovely restaurants. If you have a car or there is a bus service on route, to nice beaches, Coral bay is a must.
We have just got back from Cyprus, this house was perfect for us as a family of four (5yr old & 1yr old) weather was lovely. Close to beach and restaurants. Pool is lovely, lidls nearby for shopping. We will be visiting again for sure. Sharon (landlady) great to deal with, could call her with any questions we had. Travel cot and highchair there for our use which was fantastic (no extra hire charges!) we loved it.
The municipal beach is a short walk from the complex. The Plage and Coral Bay are easily accessible by public transport which is available at the end of the road (100m).
Paphos Airport is about 15mins Taxi ride away (15km) and Larnanca is situated 160km and can be reached by hire car.
Tomb of the Kings - you are on it! Fat Mamas (don't miss) - 10 minutes walk. Harbour - 10 minutes by bus, 30 minutes walk (well worth it!). Old Town - recommend bus, especially in height of summer, but good shops. Coral Bay - 15 minutes by bus. Paphos market - 20 minute walk. Supermarket - 2 minutes walk (LIDL). Troodos Mountains by bus. Bus stop 5 minutes from apartment.
The nearest taverna and supermarket are just 300 yards up the road. Best Chinese restaurant in Paphos - Chloe's - only minutes walk from apartment. Superb Indian,Mexican, Japanese and Greek restaurants 10 mins walk from apartment. All amenities including bank within walking distance. Quiz night at 'Karlinas' highly recommended.
