Apartment in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Wales
About Caroline Bird
We are Roger and Caroline and have been coming to Tenby with our 3 boys who are now all teenagers for the past 18 years for our family holidays. They have grown up playing on the beach as toddlers and now they are older enjoy all the water sport activities and eating out as a family in the many restaurants. We also love getting away for the weekend by ourselves, especially off season and enjoy the stunning walking along the Pembrokeshire coastal path with our dogs.
What makes this Apartment unique
The views over the harbour are wonderful whatever the weather and constantly changing. You can never get bored watching the hustle and bustle of the harbour in the busy summer months or off season just the tide coming in and out, no two days are ever the same. The location is unbeatable, when the children were small it was fantastic to have 3 beaches on the door step, not having to pack up the car and get everyone ready, if you forgot something you could just pop back for it. Now the children are older it is the perfect place to given them a bit more freedom in relative safety and there is always plenty going on. Although we overlook the busy harbour the evenings are very quiet and there is very little traffic so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. We also love having so many wonderful restaurants and cafes in walking distance, there is no need for a car unless you want to explore further afield. We have often stayed for two weeks and not needed to use the car once.

This property is lovely. It is situated is a perfect place, within easy reach of any beach. It felt like home from home only with much better views. Waking up every morning looking out across the harbour was truly wonderful. We would recommend this place to anyone and if you have children or a dog it is ideal.
A great flat in beautiful Tenby
The property has absolutely beautiful views. It is handy for all of the Tenby beaches and the town. We had a great time here.
Stunning views and spot on location
A perfect property for location, views. The main bedroom has a wonderful view over the harbour as does the living room. You can just watch the world go by, the tide , the fishing boats . Simply charming
Lovely place to stay will definitely book again 😊
Wow what a place everything we needed very clean lovely furnishings and we can bring the dog. The view from the windows were amazing 😉
Great to hear you enjoyed your stay. We hope you’ll return sometime soon!
The flat is spacious and in the most perfect location. Unspoilt views across the harbour. A short walk to both beaches, shops and restaurants. We went with our 6 year old and dog and both loved the flat and area equally. The flat itself is warm, and feels very welcoming. It was exceptionally quite when we went. Lots to do in the surrounding areas too, but we did not use the car once during our stay. We will definitely be back.
Great to hear you enjoyed your stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
Like most properties on Tenby harbour there is no parking at the property but you are able to pause on the kerb outside to load/unload the car. There are a number of NCP car parks in the town, the nearest being the multi-storey next to Sainsbury which is only a 5 minute walk away back through town. You can buy a weekly pass and can come and go as you like.
During the summer months town is closed off to cars during the day from 11am to 5pm. However you can gain access to the property to unload the car during this time. More detailed information about the various parking options will be sent out in our guest information before your stay.
