Or perhaps you´re visiting one of the many trade shows taking place each year in the city and need the convenience of an apartment with strategic access to the airport, exhibition grounds and city centre without sacrificing comfort and luxury! Whatever your reason, this 4 bedroom,beautiful duplex penthouse is an excellent option.

1) Location: This 4 bedroom penthouse (sleeping up to 10 people comfortably) is located just 15 minutes from Barcelona Centre! This privileged location allows you to enjoy the comforts of a larger, more modern apartment with fantastic panoramic views of Barcelona, without sacrificing the convenience of getting into the city centre with relative ease. If you´re renting a car, you have the option to use the underground parking space with direct access by elevator to the penthouse. If you prefer avoiding a car, the apartment is only a 2 minute walk from the train station which will bring you directly to the city centre or exhibition ground in 15 minutes. If you´re also interested in the beaches, the penthouse is just a short drive or train ride to some of Barcelona´s most famous beaches, including the charming coastal town of Sitges. Also, taxi service is readily available to bring you to wherever you need to go! One of the major advantages of the penthouse is its proximity (2 minute walk) to a modern commercial centre (shopping mall) offering all the well-known international stores, restaurants and a large supermarket for convenient shopping. Also the newly opened "Style Outlets" offered international store brand merchandise at discounted outlet prices and within walking distance of the apartment!

2) Decoration: The penthouse is decorated in a modern, but tasteful way. We invest considerable resources to maintain and improve the penthouse so our guest can be as comfortable as possible and enjoy the latest in luxury amenities.

3) Views: Really, it doesn´t get much better than this! The apartment enjoys truly SPECTACTULAR panoramic views of the City from the living room and large, comfortable terrace. From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed you and your family/friends will enjoy views which will afford you a much more relaxing holiday or work experience!

4) Property: The penthouse enjoys 130 Sq. metres of internal space divided into 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of the bathrooms en-suite). There is also an external terrace on the same level as the living room with over 50 Sq. metres of space. Additionally the penthouse enjoys the use of two swimming pools and squash courts which are available for our guests.

Family Holiday

We stayed at this apartment with my parents, sister and three teenage children and everyone loved the apartment. Having the shopping centre nearby meant that we could cook in the apartment every evening. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was a delightful place to eat every night. It was only 4 train stops into the centre of Barcelona and only 1 Euro per trip. Only down side was the lack of local restaurants/bars in the evening. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ; l'appartement est très bien équipé pour 8 personnes. Il est parfaitement localisé pour profiter à la fois de Barcelone (5 min de la station de train)et des plages. L'environnement avec un magnifique parc juste en face est bien adapté aux familles avec enfants.
