Dragonfly Sleeps 4 (2 Bedrooms)

Dragonfly cottage is designed with disability in mind as it has a wet room instead of the usual bath room. This cottage is all on ground floor so access is for all. There are 2 bedrooms one is a large spacious double with room for cots/extra beds (available by request) and one twin room. This has a large kitchen diner leading onto a lounge with access onto an outside patio area.

About the property


Both cottages are finished to a very high quality and have lots of room to relax in. All modern conveniences are fitted and central heating is included in price. Easy access to both cottages via main road networks- A14 & A605 are only 3 miles away but once you arrive they could be miles away. Fishing lake next door with daily permits available. Next to open countryside & nature reserve. Excellent pubs & restaurants in nearby towns.This project has been supported through the Rural Development Programme for England which is jointly funded by DEFRA & the European Union, and delivered by Defra.

About Tim or Beverley Hankins

Tim & Beverley run a mixed farm in the beautiful Nene valley in rural Northamptonshire.

The holiday cottages are an extension to the Bed & Breakfast enterprise & Tearoom.

We farm 200ha with crops & beef cows.

We welcome people to come and share the countryside with us and we always say that we provide most things for your stay, just bring a smile!!

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually Friday but we can change to suit.
Booking in time is usually after 3pm & checking out is by 10am.

Notes on prices:
Prices start from £400/week for Dragonfly & £500/week for Kingfisher.
