Outstanding 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House in gated executive development. The property consists of a large lounge dining area with double windows and Juliet balcony to uninterrupted views of Fistral beach and the surrounding coast. Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with views overlooking the beach, two additional double/twin bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with jacuzzi bath, downstairs shower room, utility room with washer, dryer, additional fridge freezer and custom designed wetsuit drying area. To the rear is a small garden. The property is in a gated development with allocated parking to the rear and additional parking to the front. Situated in the quiet area of Pentire the beach is less than 5 minutes walk and town centre 15 minutes walk. The property has full broadband internet access and two high spec LED Internet connected TVs in the lounge dining room and downstairs bedroom/den.

We are a family living in Exeter. We have two children aged 13 & 14 years and this is our holiday home. We enjoy the countryside doing lots of outdoor activities including surfing.

Why Peter Kumik chose St Ives area

We have friends with an apartment in Newquay that we have used regularly over many years. Pentire is a quiet area and has the beach at the doorstep but is also an easy walk into the town where there are all the shops and things to do for the kids that you need. Last Christmas we saw the house in Hatfield Crescent advertised and decided it was exactly what we wanted as a family holiday home. We often spend holiday weeks and weekends in Newquay all year round so we knew we would use it. It was also such an obvious holiday rental we hope to cover some of our costs by letting it out when we are not using it.

What makes this house unique

Multiple rooms in the property overlook Fistral beach which is a short walk from the front door. You can spend hours in any conditions relaxing on the sofa with a coffee or glass of wine just watching the surf and beach. More to the point you can pick your conditions if you want to catch the best waves. There are plenty of surf hire shops and surf schools within an easy walk.

Newquay has an aquarium the kids love to go back to visit, mini golf, a golf course, sports facilities such as climbing, swimming, tennis, boating pool, plenty of shops and bars as well as cliff walks and easy access to all the beautiful beaches and towns of north Cornwall.

Perfect holiday

We arrived in Newquay as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We were welcomed with champagne and a property which lived up to all our expectations. The whole house was clean and really well-maintained, and we found everything we needed and more. All appliances worked perfectly, it really was like a home-from-home. Being able to watch the surfing and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony was an added bonus, the property is in an ideal location

Fistral beach was a 5 minute walk down the road, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There was a choice of supermarkets and all the tourist attractions of Newquay were all close by.

I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely book again for our next Cornish holiday.

This is a fabulous property - beautiful views, fully equipped and great location

We loved this property. The location was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. area to dry wetsuits particularly useful and impressed with kitchen equipment. Everything was clean and well presented. I would definitely recommend.

Modern family town house a real wow!

This was a fantastic home for our extended family to meet up. Everything was catered for from bed linen extras, towels, kitchen equipment, dinner china and so much more. Enough for our large group of adults with plenty more for visitors that came for an evening meal. Everything in the house was of top quality and cleaned to a high standard. The view is stunning during the day and sunsets are just outside the window too. We hoped to BBQ as there was a small garden and BBQ set but the weather was against us. I was able to communicate with Peter very easily and get answers to questions quickly. An all round fantastic venue for a family holiday.

Amazing and Fantastic town house with WOW factor.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!

This property is amazing and has the WOW factor you want when renting a holiday home.

Fantastic location with great views over fistral beach.

What a great touch from the owner leaving us a bottle of champagne, Cornish shortbread and crisps to start our weekend off.

All the condiments along with necessities we needed for our weekend were provided

Great communication with the owner

We cannot thank you enough for your home we had a amazing time and would strongly recommend this property to anyone seeking a great holiday home.

Beautiful Town Hosue, Spacious and luxurious, with amazing views of Fistral Beach

We booked this Town House for a special occasion and it didn't disappoint, the house is beautiful with everything you need to enjoy your stay. When we arrived there was a bottle of bubbly and nibbles on the table which was such a lovely unexpected touch from the owners. The location is amazing with stunning views over Fistral Beach and within walking distance to the local town and supermarket. I would recommend this place for anyone and if I was ever to go back to Newquay this would be where I would stay.

Wonderful Place To Stay

What a wonderful place to stay, and I agree with others who have said that the photos just don't do it justice.

We were staying with 4 teenagers, so the 2 twin rooms (one as a den) were absolutely perfect. I couldn't fault anything about this property, the location was amazing, front line on Fistral beach and the views are stunning.

We cooked in each night which was an absolute pleasure in the kitchen which is fitted out to an extremely high standard with everything and more than you would expect.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay again in the future.
