This beautifully renovated 1 Bedroom Apartment and 3 Bedroom House on 3 levels has magnificent views over Boka Bay and across to Croatia, Bosnian Mountains and Hercig Novi.
It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunshine, peaceful location and explore the lovely walks around Lustica Peninsula with lots of wild flowers and abundant vegetation. There are lovely beaches within 20 mins drive and Rose village is close by with good Restaurants and swimming.
Hercig Novi is a 15 min water taxi ride away with regular scheduled crossings throughout the day.
Rose Fishing Village is 15 mins walk or 5 min drive where the sea is crystal clear and one can bathe within a buoyed off swimming area or from the village beach.
Zanijca beach is 15 mins drive away with lots of restaurants etc. Blue Horizon Beach is a large sandy beach about 20 mins drive.
A car is essential on Lustica Peninsula and small cars are probably better as the roads are narrow.
Tivat Airport is 45mins away and has scheduled services from London, Belgrade Moscow and others.
Dubrovnik Airport is served by most of the major and budget airlines and is about 2 hours away.
Hercig Novi is a 15 min. water taxi ride away which costs only 2 euro.
