I bought the apartment as an investment and as a holiday home.
The whole apartment is fitted out to a high standard including marble tiled floors, and stoned wall tiles in the bathroom and en-suite. The apartment also benefits from all included white goods and full air conditioning. The complex 2x good size pools, and a gym, spa and Jacuzzi. The local town is friendly and great food, and supermarket walking distance and within easy access of the airport and Paphos town.
We had a fantastic holiday weather was brilliant! Kids had a great time in the pool, what a lovely complex and your apartment was great!
Having just returned our holiday in cyprus where we had a great time i thought i would just let peoplr know we stayed in Terry's apartment on the aphrodite sands complex his apartment was very clean & it looks out on to fields so its quite private on over looking and from the balcony you can actully see the sea the complex has 2 pools which is good because it means 1 will usually be quiet the village is great weve been going for a few years & weve now got a good choice of places to eat.The apartment has every thing you need if you want to cater for yourselfs having a ensuit its great & and each room having patio doors onto balcony means no one is disturbed when if its full if some one wants to get on the balcony. We will certainly be using Terry's apartment again has it would be ideal for our family has we hope to return next year.
First time in Cyprus and stayed at this apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious and well maintained. It felt like being in your own home. The flat has two bathrooms one of which is an ensuite to the master bedroom. This was handy as there were never any fights to use the bathroom. All the rooms lead out onto the balcony therefore making it easy for access without having to disturb anyone in the next room. The kitchen came well equipped, which was good if you wanted to cook your own food. However there are some very good restaurants just a walking distance away which we ate at on a regular basis. The biggest bonus of this apartment for me was the on site gym and spa which we were able to use as we were staying there. The apartment was also only a stone throw away from the beach and there was a pool on site if you didn't fancy going to the beach. The secure entry into the complex and apartment made me feel safe. On the whole, this apartment is ideal if you're looking for a relaxing holiday. It was a bonus that it was a stone throw away from Paphos and also the airport. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.
Had an excellent holiday in this well equipped apartment and resort complex. The description was accurate and inviting and proved to be so in practice. The booking process was seamless and the owner's communications were timely, clear and friendly. All this was reassuring as we would arrive at the apartment at around 10:30pm. On arrival everything was as described and the journey from the airport is quick and easy - a big bonus at this time of night.
Although we only visited the poolside in the late afternoon everyday for a 45 minute swim (after a day's exploring) it was quiet with plenty of room for swimming with only usually a couple of other people in the pool. It was a totally relaxing experience in excellent surroundings.
Although Mandria is small the essentials are there, a mini-market, ATM and some restaurants. At home we regularly go to a Gordon Ramsey/Rick Stein recommended fish and chip restaurant/shop so had to try Mandria's. It is really excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Terry was very accommodating in allowing us to have use of the apartment until around 8:30pm on our final day which made life much easier - and then only 10 mins to get to the airport. It doesn't get any easier than this.
I would certainly recommend the apartment as an excellent base for exploring Cyprus or for relaxing by the pool.
We booked the accomodation through internet based on description and pictures. They were true!
The accomodation was more than expected. Big closets for clothes and bags. Big bathrooms (2 of them), big balcony with seats and laundryrack.Parents bedroom is nor too large (but big enough), the other bedroom is very big, our kids were able to even dance in there!
The kitchen is very well supplied, all you need, but no dishwasher. The oven is great! More than enough pans and bowls etc.
The swimmingpool is really beautiful and with enough seats. The water is very cold and with 27 degrees in october we did nor stay in the water too long.
The kids had plenty to play with the pool and playground. There is (outside of accomodation) a new soccer field where the kids played a bit.
The area near Pafos is great! Loads of targets for short or all-day visits, such as the archeological sites and Pafos city. Dining out was tasteful and cheap.
We did not visit the beaches for swimming but they were clean and big.
Although the Pafos airport is closeby, you only notice that when at the pool, where you see planes fly by far enough.
We found this a very good place to have a weeks holiday.
Aphrodite Rock is a small island 10 minutes' drive from Mandria. The beach at Aphrodite Rock is a rocky pebble beach but has nice secluded sandy parts a short walk along the beach front. Coral Bay beach is a 20-30 minute drive from Mandria.
Arkamas Peninsula beaches are a 30 minute drive away.
Mandria is 15 minute drive from Paphos Airport.

There are two local mini markets, where you can buy food and drinks within 5 minutes walk of the resort. There is a large supermarket in Paphos town that has variety of products and is ideal for doing a larger shop.
Mandria village is less than two minutes walk with a couple of tavernas serving delightful food or you can order take away. There is also a 'coffee shop' type taverna serving pancakes, waffles and ice creams. For the more British tastes there is a superb fish and chip shop.
There is a bus service that runs 3-4 times a day from Mandria village centre to Paphos.

We have a 'non-smoking' policy inside the apartment. There is a booking fee required to secure the villa which is a 25% of the rental price. A breakage deposit is also required of £200. The total booking fee plus deposit should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned after the property has been vacated and inventory carried out. This should be within 7 days. Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Apartment info will be email on completion of payment.
Changeover days are flexible, Complimentary to our guests we only ask you to vacate the apartment at a specific time on your last day if we need time to clean before the next arrival and we will notifify you before your holiday. Usual departure 12.00pm.
Notes on prices:
Security/Breakage deposit will be repaid within 7 days of the property being vacated. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking in our calender. Any special requirements such as cots etc need to be arranged with us before hand.
