The furnished house has a private swimming pool (6 m. wide, open April-Sep), roof solarium with splendid visibility on sea and mounts, living with terrace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with each one toilet (1 with bath and 1 with shower), 1 bedroom with double bed and terrace, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds and a private garage. There is widescreen LCD television and satellite dish. Also own washing machine and barbecue. Heating is electrical. The conciërge speaks English.
Property was very much as expected from information given online. Very well equipped, although having to move cot out of double bedroom was a bit of an inconvenience. Description did state that property was not suitable for elderly or infirm, and with the number of steps this was accurate. We did find, even for the able bodied, that the top section of the staircase to the bedrooms was a bit unnerving, having no handrails at all. It was necessary to use your hands against the the side walls to ensure balance.
Overall though, I would definitely recommend renting this property. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is very quiet, which suited us, but very conveniently situated for visiting other areas of Almeria. Overall very happy with our choice.
This is a lovely villa with lots of space for a family, in a nice quiet area. Great pool and choice of terraces. Walking distance to local village and beach (for young and fit) and it has a good choice of restaurants. Well stocked local supermarket. The villa is very clean and we were met by Dany on arrival (who is very helpful), great service from booking to leaving from Dany and Johan. Would definitely recommend this villa...My only negative is there was no kettle...(not really a big deal but to English people who love a cuppa tea its necessary - a pot just doesn't cut it...). Thanks for letting us use your lovely home.....

Disfrutamos de una estancia agradable, como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa. Los dueños fueron muy atentos. Tiene una piscina privada en la que pudimos relajarnos. Todo limpio y acogedor. Y bien situada para ir a la playa o alrededores.
Très belles vacances et maison idéalement située au calme sans être trop éloignée de la plage.

El alojamiento está muy bien, con las terrazas, la red wifi, la piscina y la tranquilidad de la zona residencial.
Aunque está cerca, si se quiere ir en coche al pueblo o a la playa no hay problema para aparcar, y disfrutar del pescaito y el mar Mediterráneo.
Los encargados, Ava y Richard, viven muy cerca y están muy atentos.

The villa is quietly located to the Mediterranean sea, in San Juan de los Terreros (Avenida de las Estrellas 83), to the East side of Andalusia. It is easily contactable from the airports of Murcia, Almeria and Alicante. San Juan de los Terreros is a quiet village with on Sunday (in the summer) a nice market. There is a splendid range esplanade with sociable restaurants and bars where one can enjoy tapas and a good glass of wine. Terreros has its own golf court, since March 2008 (www.aguilongolf.eu). There is also a child friendly sandy beach. In the surroundings of San Juan de los Terreros one can find also good dive locations at rocks and of course still more beaches. A 10 minute drive brings you to a waterpark in Vera. Other picturesque villages and interesting cities are Aguilas, Mojacar, Cuevas del Almanzora (golf area Desert Springs), Lorca, Murcia, Almeria, Granada.
